Pros: This is the first ceramic knife I've owned. It is incredibly sharp - the sharpest knife I've ever owned. Manufacturing quality appears to be good. The price is right - if and when it blunts I wouldn't bother trying to have it sharpened. I'll just get another one.
Cons: None so far.

Pros: Awesome knife at a unbeatable price! Sharp enough to shave of hairs from my arm and with a great finish. Easy to wash and the handle seems to be firm.
Cons: For my part, the only con was the delivery time. I had to wait three weeks for it to ship.
Other: I will gradually change my knife rack from Global to ceramic. In fact, I've already ordered three more knifes today.

Pros: A very sharp knife , looking good , well built quality . The size is enough for the most kitchen operations . My wife very likes it , and uses it every day. A looking good package box , even suitable to be presented within.
Cons: May be a bit cheaper , seems me some breakable in case of dropping. But yet it is OK.
Other: Fully recommended item to buy for your kitchen or as present. I'm using it more than week , cuts excellent.

Pros: A fantastic knife. I used to cut fish (sushi) and I'm really satisfied with the results. the quality is good.
Cons: So sharp that requires attention on handling. You must pay attention with kids. I don't know how fragile it is.

Pros: - great quality. - great ergonomic rubber handle - very very sharp - I´ve ordered 2 diferent sizes after seen this one.

Pros: It does a great job slicing and dicing meat.
Dropped it once and it didn’t fly to pieces.
Cons: The blades body is over 2mm thick so you have to use a lot of force to push it through hard stuff like apples, raw potato and carrots. It’s also useless for cutting thin layers.
Other: It has become my No.1 knife for slicing meat but as for vegetables, bread and deboning I’ll stay with my old setup.

Pros: It is realy sharp, for soft vegetables like tomatos, cucumbers, aubergines etc perfect. Slicing up Onions into cubes was a dream.
Cons: The tip was broken and the blade had several gashs after my girlfriend tried to cut a pumpkin with it. I was not there could be also that she left it fall. Also i do not see any advantage in sharping the blade up to the grip. The grip gets a bit slipery and should be a bit thicker near the blade. I cutted myself quite often.
Other: This is a quite good blade for making salads for someone with kitchen experience. The grip is not perfect but for the price i would not ask for more. There are better ceramic knifes in DX available, i ordered now several black ones with functional blades.

Pros: Since I bought this knife, I never used any other knife except for cutting bones in the kitchen. If you read this, you probably think about buying the knife. Don't think, just buy it! You will thank me later. Someone said the knife is not razor sharp.Maybe is not, but is enough sharp to shave you.
Cons: None, if I could I would give more than five. I always wanted a knife like this. Cooking is a pain without a good knife. Another point, remember the taste of some vegetables and other food is changing by using a metallic knife (oxidizing).
Other: Bottom line, this is the future of the kitchen knives! And buy a nice wooden rack for it!

Pros: Cheap - You won't be able to find cheaper. This knife can't be sharpened by traditional methods, but by the time it finally goes blunt you can buy another one Sharp - Unbelievably. Cut and slice anything with ease. Long lasting - These are made with ceramic, which is harder than Steel. It will last you ages.
Cons: "Fragile" - Ceramic knives are notorious for being brittle. You can't use it to cut bone or frozen food. You can't flex the blade. But that isn't a problem for me, and if you take good care for it, it won't be a problem for you.
Other: If you are annoyed by blunt knives when cutting up food, don't hesitate to buy thing product.

Pros: Great value knife. I selected white because it is easy to clean and be sure it is cleaned thoroughly. Blade is nice and sharp and handles well, will easily replace my other kitchen knives for about 80% of my needs.
Did I mention excellent value? Yes, there are better ceramic knives out there for much less money, but I don't think they are worth the extra cash.
Cons: You need to be careful in storage on all ceramic blades. On my steel knives I have a drawer where I store most of them, but this lives in the block.
Ceramic blades are brittle and can be damaged. Do not treat them like a standard steel blade or ultimately it will get damaged. Store it so it cannot get banged around and chipped and clean it immediately after use so you don't throw it in a pile of dishes.
Other: Buy it! It is a super value and performs well.
