    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: Good knife for the money. Wery sharp and well made. I buy one for my relatives and they are very satisfied. I am looking to buy another ceramic knife like this. Deal Extreme are good in shipping - because is free this make difference in the price overall.

    Cons: It is fragile, but all ceramic knifes are, they keep they sharpness but are fragile. Little expensive, but ceramic knives are expencive at the market.

    Other: I am going to buy other ones, and if there is no cheaper ones I will buy one of those.
