6" Chic Chefs Zirconia Ceramic Knife with Rubber Handle (15.7CM-Blade)

Pros: This knife is very sharp, the handle is very comfortable to use and it looks great. If it stays sharp, this is a very good buy. Other DX-knifes have had less comfortable handles, but this one is rubberized and feels very comfortable to hold with a nice mould that fits the hand.

Cons: No cons so far, very comfortable to use.

Other: Feels great to use, a very comfortable and ergonomic handle. It's very sharp and I'm hoping it stays that way (my earlier knife-purchases from DX are still very sharp). A good buy!

Pros: It's a real ceramic knife this mean: It will not corrode in harsh environments, It's a non-magnetic item It do not conduct electricity. It's resistant to strong acid It's resistant caustic substances, It will retain a cutting edge longer than forged metal knives

Cons: The rubber handle is not made at the same level of quality of the blade, but in the end it's not a real con. The knife was hold in a black box, perfect for a present but with the evidence of a shoe foot print... This must let think about the way they're stored before be sent to us... I've sterilised it before the use and trashed the box. The price is a bit high, I can buy similar products for the same price here, but not a 6" blade (it's rare here)

Other: I bought it with an extra discount on deal section that made the price sustainable, I hope to see more of them zirconia ceramic is so good and nice to see that I plan to change all my home, blades

Pros: This is a great knife. Very sharp with a very comfortable and ergonomic handle. It is great for chopping and cleaving (not frozen stuff or bone though, you should always avoid that with a ceramic knife).

Cons: No cons really. The size makes it difficult to fit it in a regular knife-stand, but that's to be expected. A shame that there is no plastic sheath included like there have been with other ceramic knives I've bought from DX.

Other: A very good knife for the price. Easily the equal of the Kyocera knives sold here for hundreds of dollars. Many times the handles have not been great on the ceramic knives from DX, but this one is very good and comfortable to use.
