Pros: i wouldn't believe this thing was so powerful. i mean, i put it on, pressed the button, and felt nothing. then i realised i hadn't started it the right way (engrish manual). then pressed start again, on level 2, and felt a massage kinda feeling, like 3 phones on vibrate pushed to your stomach. after that, my muscles are still tired, like after a workout.

Cons: nothing, but maybe the gel pad will get used up after some time, but i will take good care of it.
pity you can't get separate pads here.

Other: buy buy buy

Pros: -- what can I say, it's cheap :)
-- it's very powerful, when you select the right mode you will really feel it :)
-- it seems to do its job very well
-- it has batteries included so you can just take it and get to work :)

Cons: -- the build quality could be better or the price lower
-- I think that after some times of using it becomes a bit worthless because of the gel that keeps it fit, it will use out, even if they write in the manual that it can be cleaned and the problems are solved

Other: -- a good product for the price, buy it if you need it, and combine it with real exercises, because it's highly unhealthy to practice only these kind of exercises without training your lungs.
