What is Bulk Rate? BulkRate is a semi-wholesale system with items priced separately from retail. When you use bulk rates, a flat $1.70 registered air mail fee will automatically be added to your cart to ensure delivery of package. While BulkRate's intention is to offer cheaper prices when you buy in bulk, because it is priced separately it on occassions show a higher than retail price. That's why we ask you to enter BULKRATE as a coupon code to manually activate the rates. You can always opt not to use the bulk rates. Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: This piano is a really great portable piano even though it's sometime a bit hard to play on the soft silicone touch tangents. I like that it have so many sound effects and rhythms and drum kits, and that it even comes with melodies/songs.
Cons: Also, the MIDI exit is a great thing to have. Well, the best part is that it actually works! It works just fine. The speaker in the “house” of the piano gives some bad sound quality, but you can connect a headset or a speaker to it, and then make it really good. My first experience of the build quality was that it looked really solid, might because of its weight. The “house” of the piano is made of plastic, but it seems solid enough to crash in the ground. The silicone touch –thing is good enough and seems to should last for a while.
Other: To the price, even though the soft silicone touch –thing is a little bit hard to play on (this is just a habit); I think that this piano is really cheap. Particularly because of its MIDI exit hole. Whit this MIDI to USB (sku: 110980) for only 6 dollars, you can record everything you play on your piano in to a computer. I then recommend Garage band in MAC.
