720P RM/RMVB/MPEG4 Media Player with USB Host/SDHC/Component and Remote Control

Cons: - Menu's aren't in english (but provided pictures generally makes it easy to navigate) - Buttons feel slightly sloppy and loose

Other: Recommended purchase for anyone with a ton of Divx movies that wants them portable-ized. This is easy to use and at this price you can't say no!

Pros: Ok little buddy, you ALMOST got 5 stars. So, for those of you wondering, I will give you what you need to know. Mainly, this device is NOT HDMI. It does have composite out which can handle 720p. Even with RCA out, the video is crisp and clear. It will play USB Thumb Drives with no issues. I have used 512MB to 32GB. It supports external hard drives. I have a 500GB WD drive hooked to it and it goes through with no issues. I have successfully used an SD chip, though it is kind of frivilous to use it this way. It will play almost ANYTHING I throw at it. I will put the ones I had problems with in the CONS. The remote does a fine job if you are close. All files and folders loads rather fast. I can view Real Video, WMV, AVI, DIVX, XVID (Not that I use torrentz).

Cons: Ok. CONS. This device does NOT play MOV files from QUICKTIME. This system does not play MKV files either, so BR-DVD files ripped to MKV will not play. It only supports 2-channel audio. This is fine for me, since I am not using this for a media hub. I am not sure what causes this glitch, but I have come across maybe three AVI files so far that when I try to fast forward them, it restarts the video and I have to start over. But out of 300 AVI movies, that is negligible. The REMOTE has to be aimed RIGHT AT the unit and from 12 feet back I have to extend my arm to make it reach. I think I am going to open it and put bigger IR LEDs in it

Other: Yes, you can get the WD or even a HDMI one that plays it all, but for under $30 with shipping, this device is SO WORTH the money. I have it on my 32" 1080p VIZIO TV and the picture is just fine.

Pros: Has a good video and audio resolution; It´s small and well constructed; Has panel buttons, that permits the access of every menus options, even without the remote (more about it on cons); Runs flawless RMVB (my main usage), AVI, etc. Have read my pendrive with no problems. Tem uma boa qualidade de vídeo de áudio; É pequeno e bem construído; Contém botões do painel, que permite acessar todas as opções de menus, mesmo sem o controle remoto (mais sobre isso nos contras); Executa RMVB impecável (meu uso principal), AVI, etc Leu meu pendrive, sem problemas.

Cons: Has a lower audio output level than my dvd (at least on RMVB videos); The remote have came dead. No big problems to my, because I use the panels buttons (maybe it´s only change the battery); The remote control seems very weak, I dunno if survives from a fall; The signals output uses a strange connector. I pray for don´t be needed to buy another, I thing will not be easy to find in my city; I don´t gets color on oldies tvs. Try everything and with many tvs. Works great on new LCD one. Here in Brazil all tvs have both NTSC and PAL-M color systems, but no lucky with this. Tem um nível menor de saída de áudio do que o meu DVD (pelo menos nos vídeos RMVB); O controle remoto veio morto. Não é um grande problema para mim, porque eu uso os botões de cima (talvez seja só trocar a bateria); O controle remoto parece muito fraco, eu não sei se sobrevive a uma queda; Os sinais de saída usa um conector estranho. Eu espero não ser necessários repor, não creio que será fácil de encontrar na minha cidade; Eu não consegui cores em televisores antigos. Tentei tudo e com muitas tvs. Funciona muito bem em um LCD novo. Aqui no Brasil todas as TVs possuem dois sistemas de cor NTSC e PAL-M, mas não tive sorte com isso.

Other: I recomend this player for everyone! Specially for those who lives in Brazil, that if you will buy something like this will pay at least 300% more. But a better remote control and this annoying issue with tv color systems will be nice. Thanks DX! Eu recomendo este player para todos! Pros: It's very compact: I hid it behind the LCD screen mounted on the wall and it stayed there perfectly. It definitely supports portuguese subtitles: I added the subtitles using AVIAddXSub and it worked like a charm. The image is clear and crisp and it loads the files very quickly unlike some DVD players out there.

Cons: The audio volume is very low: I put the TV on maximum volume and I was able to hear well but I wish it could go higher. There are no audio controls on the system. This was a little inconvenience as I wanted the device behind the TV: There are no audio cables on the Component Cables. I have to connect both composite and component cables on the device in other to get the audio, as the audio cables are only present on the Composite connection.

Other: Great player for a great price but in retrospect, I would have bought one with a HDMI connection to save me the trouble of having all those cables dangling behind the TV.

Pros: Reads almost all kinds of media (if not all of them), very tiny, quality of the body is pretty good, though can't say so about the remote. YES, THERE ARE COLORS ON OLD TVs, picture quality is very good too, though the wires are of pretty low quality. Considering the price, very-very good deal!!! I mean it!!! Recommend it to everyone, who downloads movies to watch on tv.

Cons: OK, the remote is kind of weak, rattles if one shakes it; pressing tv mode button makes the colors disappear, the cure is to reset the settings to default, and to forget about the tv mode button; if unplugged from the socket, the settings come back to default-the menu is in Chinese; the wires are of poor quality-together with the movie used to show kind of snow on the screen, had to change ywr wire for rgb, which came together with the player. Otherwise, it's fine! Oh, yes, one more thing-the remote smells kinna strange :)

Other: Yes, yes, yes!!! Buy, download, watch, enjoy!

Pros: Excellent, give all you have to give, easy handling, good picture quality.
At a very affordable price.
In Argentina is twice the price here.

Solo y no se si es el multimedia o las peliculas el sonido es bajo, pero yo lo suplanto con mi equipo MUTEKI de sonido y muy conforme.
