Pros: The 2 adhesive D-pad caps make the D-pad *pleasurable* to use. Fighting game motions (quarter/half/full circles, sweeping motions from lower-diagonals to upper-diagonals, etc) come out -exactly- how they should. Even tapping motions (B-F, BB, FF, B-F-D, etc) seem to be 100 times easier...

Cons: ...however, I found the non-standard analog nubs (they just press on after you remove the stock one) to be hard to get used to, and after a day I went back to the original-shaped ones. 3 of the others are modelled after the thumbsticks on other consoles, and they are raised up on a shaft, so eventually I started subconciously trying to use them as such...I'd attempt to tilt them in directions instead of sliding them around, which of course doesn't work :P This would result in enough screwups to where I gave up trying to adjust. Also, the fact that they're raised might interfere with some hard cases that have cutouts for the face controls (SKU 4847 for example...after a while of use, the larger replacements press down low enough to where they start hitting on the protective case)

Other: This is cheap and worth it for the D-Pad improvement alone. There's a reason Street Fighter Alpha 3 Max came with its own D-Pad cover :)

Pros: Cheap Lot's of options for the Analogue Stick Easily installed

Cons: Some of the analogue stick replacements are too high to fit into my PSP hard case.

Other: Fantastic for the price

Pros: Affordable price Robust materials, especially the rubber analog controls which are very pleasing to use. Lots of analog controls to choose from. The D-Pad makes the directional buttons so much more pleasurable and comfortable to use.

Cons: Some of the analog nub connectors were too high. I had to grind/cut them off so that they are lowered.
The other nubs could have been made of rubber instead of just plastic.

Other: An overall very good buy. Definitely would buy more. Really improves the experience of the PSP!

Pros: The price is great Gamestop charges twelve dollars more than these for less buttons. The packaging is suitable for resale if you are so inclined. these are made of durable material and have held up well. These work well with my hard plastic case in place.

Cons: If you are not using a case they may seem rather long. I can't thing of any thing else.

Other: This is a steal of a deal! Buy one for a friend while your at it. Your friend will think you spent a lot more than you did!

Pros: -Great assortment of sizes and shapes. -The D-Pads were extremely useful for fighting games. It also enhanced the buttons on the D-Pad. -Extremely good price. -Was extremely pleased with the analogs.

Cons: -The quality for the analog sticks was not that great. Some analog sticks fell off real easy.

Other: -If you need some extra analogs, it is a GREAT deal.
-If you need some extra money, you can buy these, then sell them for a bigger price to earn a profit, I made a mistake and only bought one set of analogs!

Pros: Best price anywhere on the Internet including Ebay. For those that do not like the textured thumb pad, there are a few other options to choose from. Build quality is good, these buttons feel very sturdy. Good for those that lose their thumb controller.

Cons: The 2 caps for the directional pad don't seem to work right. It seemed to limit my movements. Not a big deal, just stopped using them.

Other: Good to have extras, especially at this price!

-Bigger caps good for people who don't like the tiny analog stick

Other: I would just buy this for friends that lost their and analog cap and sell it to them.

Pros: You get a lot of spare buttons for little money.
If you don't like the original analog joystick, get this set, you can choose the one you like best. I used the one that looks close to the original because the original on my psp was lost.

Cons: I can't imagine someone using the other buttons, they look cheap and not much of a replacement for the original buttons.

Other: If you need a replacement for your analog joystickbutton, get this set. If you want to replace the other buttons as well, spend some more money
