Pros: Cheap 8-Pin Lightning Male to 30-Pin Female Adapter Cable - White (16.5cm)which is working as advertised for charging iPhone 5. The short cable makes it easily fit to the iPhone, even if a case or bumper is used. This is definitely a must compared to other smaller adapters

Other: A must for every iPhone 5 user which has a lot of old iPhone sync/charge cables.

Pros: -Works when connected to pre-iPhone 5 cable and to computer via USB. I also successfully sync'd a test song to the iPhone 5.-Works when connected to pre-iPhone 5 cable and connected to AC outlet to charge.

Cons: -Does NOT work when connected to iHome Ia91 alarm clock dock connector. Doesn't charge and alarm clock doesn't see it.

Other: I would recommend this cable for someone that wanted to do the "pro's" I mentioned above. I would not recommend it if you wanted to hook it up to your iPhone compatible alarm clock.

Pros: This is a great product. I Use it with all the 30-pin cables (originals and generics). Useful if you have a lot of old cables and accessories for old iphones and you want to used it on iphone 5.

Cons: The material looks fragile and you think is going to break this converter anytime. Anyway, if you use this converter with careful is great and very useful.

Other: Great product and i´d buy it again. Manufacturer should get better and stronger materials. But, as a conclusion, it´s an excellent product.

Pros: perfect to charge or read data from your existing 30 pin connection cord

Pros: Does what it needs to. Have not tried using it yet to syncing, only for charging. The best thing about it is if you use a case or bumper you don't need to remove it which you have to do with the apple original adapter.

Cons: As usual the colour is not identical to the apple white but I can hardly say that is a negative.

Other: Get SKU 170095 instead as it looks like a better deal.

Pros: You can charge the Iphone 5 with a usb dock cable. I connected it to my car stereo and music works. Looks great Good quality

Cons: Music sounds a little bit slowed down right up to the point between the noticeable & not noticeable... if you are very picky you'll notice.

Other: great product, does the job if you're an audiophile, you might not like it for music playback It works fine for charging your iphone with any of the previous Ipod/iphone cables or docks

Pros: Works perfectly and is less than a quarter of the price of Apple's adapter. From Apple the cable cost $45.00, whereas from DealExtreme the cable costs only $9.60. I bought two so I can now charge my iPhone 5 in the car, at work or at home. I highly recommend this adapter! It also works without having to take my iPhone 5 out of my Otterbox case. The Lightning to 30 Pin adapters without the cable between will not work with most cases!

Pros: OK quality of plastic and connectors Nice with a bit of length of cable

Cons: Does not transfer audio via dock connector, at least not on the device we own at home. Don't know if the dock connector will hold to many connects/disconnects

Other: For charging iPhone this cable will fullfill requirement, but it cannot fully replace the apple original part as this will do audio through the cable as well (says so on the package at least)

Pros: Enough cable to allow the flexibility to use docks with the new iPad even if they don't fit the form factor. Small enough to carry on you. Works with every device I have tried. Good build quality.

Cons: Could be a little longer. Could be a little cheaper. Apply had to start using a new connector style.

Other: Buy it, the price is decent and you will find all kinds of places where this is useful. Makes a good gift for someone who just bought a new iPad.

Pros: The little adapter works very well for charging and synching. The build quality seems quite good, nothing I can complain about.

Cons: Didn't work with my deal extreme 30 pin camera adapter though. Not sure if that's because it's a generic adapter or not... waiting to try it with a genuine apple camera adapter.

Other: Buy it if you need one at the office or in the car, you really can't go wrong. Just make sure you're ok with it charging only.
