    Pros: elastic very good and very tough. I felt very well finished, execelente arms for exercise books. came to my orange and is quite legal to use it mainly seemed to give good results ....

    Cons: I have nothing to complain about, is very good and I am very pleased

    Other: I will buy more to give. I love to buy products for gymnastics because they do not like to be going in the gym, but you must have discipline ...

    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: Very good excercise band. The tension is perfect, not to loose and not to strong!!! The build quality is good, it is made of rubber. The length is about 30 cm and you can stretch it to 2 a 3 feet.

    Cons: There is a nod in the rubber. It don't matter but this is the only con I can find. I hope it won't brake, I will find it out :P

    Other: If you need a cheap, good build exercise band, this one is perfect!!! Unfortunately this item is often sold off..
