Pros: It's small, light an has an rp-sma plug so you can use any antenna you wish. It uses the ralink 3070 chipset, and is supported out of the box on windows vista/7 and linux 2.6.29+
Cons: The plastic case of the network card is a bit flimsy an the antenna rattles (not actually a problem), the case gets quite hot after prolonged use.
Other: You can't beat the price for a 802.11n wifi card wit a removable antenna.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: small and build is very solid. supported on win7 and utility in drivers cd is quite usefull.
Cons: the usb contact is rather thin, making it difficult to stay in place if the antenna is replaced with a bigger one (35cm, 12dBi antenna like i did). i am currently using an usb extension with it for my desktop and had to tighten the extension end of the cable so that the device stays in place. a small movement results in the device being disconnected.
Other: need a cheap wireless draft n? then get this one as the chipset used in this device is from realtek inc. and this company usually makes rather good networking chipsets, both for WLAN and LAN.

Pros: Mine not RaLink but Realtek 8188 - Realtek RTL8188SU Wireless LAN 802.11n USB 2.0 Network Adapter - Great Antenna (included), better than seperately purchased on DX, the reception is exeptional, i can get Wifi that was too weak before, now all is received good - - Best Price, where you can get 802.11n(draft) for merely 12usd - Built quality not stellar, but i believe will survive casual user.
Cons: as mine is not RALINK (but Realtek) the drivers is not built in on Windows 7, but the included driver on CD is flawless , dated 6 FEb 2010 (so quite fresh) Only half N, 150mbps, not true 802.11N (300mbps) but for the price, can't complaint
Other: A must buy for everyone who needs WIFI adapter. - best price. - good quality - fast - small - huge but powerful antenna
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Wireless B, G and N support. Driver CD has support for windows vista and 7, including 64 bit.
Cons: Flimsy connector could come loose - i suggest using a short USB extention cable and using zip-ties to hold it firmly.
One of my two adaptors was a ralink, the other was realtek. Both work fine, but its impossible to tell which is which without connecting them - and they both use completely different software.
Other: Worth it for a spare wireless device, or a cheap one to risk losing/breaking on the go.
Acess Point mode seemed easy to use on both adaptors, and they're small enough to hide away in a laptop bag.

Pros: -Device is small and has a status led
-Aerial is big enough
-No problem with driver (Win7 recognized it instantly and downloaded driver for itself in seconds - you can find the driver easily on Realtek's website)
-Suprisingly strong reception (tried on a Dell notebook and this device has a much stronger reception on the same place than Dell's integrated one)
Cons: -The USB plug is a bit baggy in some computers
-Longer period of usage can make it pretty warm (luckily no effect on reception)
Other: It's a bargain, no question about it. Good signal, well-known chipset (with proper support) and good build-quality. The issues with the USB plug can be easily resolved at home manually. The verdict is: awesome product on awesome price with little cons.

Pros: The card works brilliantly with sku.34754 which seems to be a decent combination for a travel kit.
Cons: The USB connector of the card is quite loose in the USB port so it disconnects
easily. However, with a hub or a bending connector it (similar to sku.22553) it
works fine.
It does not work with GNU/Linux out of the box. It requires kernel 2.6.32-5 and
a non-free firmware. Get the firmware at
http://people.debian.org/~benh/rtl-wlan/rtl8192su_linux_2.6.0002.0708.2009.tar.
gz and put it in /lib/firmware/RTL8192SE/rtl8192sfw.bin After re-connecting the card it worked for me.
Other: If you need a card with RP SMA antenna
connector this is decent solution for Windows and an acceptable solution for GNU/Linux.

Pros: I have been nicely surprised with this little device. Despite not having a metal shell for the USB port I haven't had any trouble with it staying seated and securely connected to my computer.
The range is quite good and the RaLink software is very informative and the AP mode could have uses on other computers that are physically connected to a modem.
I read somewhere that this had an overheating problem and to deal with it they removed the top section and put attatched a small heatsink. Just in case I used the Iphone tools to remove the top section, and I haven't had an overheating problem.
Cons: It's a big antenna that comes with it. So it stands out if you attach it to a Netbook.
Other: It's quite a good buy at the price and is very useful with a USB extension for hotels and travel.

Pros: Quite small and build quality is the same as a much dearer product..
Very easy to install software and to connect up and use..
Cons: Have to be careful with the usb contactor as it is quite thin and could break if not properly looked after..
Other: The Realtec brand is good quality..
I use it for my desktop upstairs and have no problems at all with the reception and my modem is downstairs and at the other end of the house...
I leave it permanently plugged in the back of the computer and forget it is even there...
May buy another for the price I will keep it for a spare..

Pros: The Build Quality 5 out of 5
Ease of Use 5 out of 5
USefulness 10 out of 10
Price 4.5 out of 5
This device came in a sturdy package, Just pop in the CD click on a couple of options and Boom the receiver is installed, Reboot is needed then after is done just plug in and search for wireless networks
Cons: Signal strenght is the best but i still can walk around my house using it. for some odd reason my RAM goes high while using it not much of a problem but then again i only got 1GB of Ram so it kinda drags but not significant to stop operation
Other: Must get if your Desktop or Laptop Wireless receiver breaks down
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: - Wireless B, G and N support.
- Very easy to install software and to connect up and use.
- You´ll have a network cable unless.
I read somewhere that this had an overheating problem and to deal with it they removed the top section and put attatched a small heatsink. Just in case I used the Iphone tools to remove the top section, and I haven't had an overheating problem.
Cons: None! It´s working perfect. (It doesn´t work without antenna).
You´ll lost a USB port (of course).
Other: If you´re thinking to buy it, do it. (I prefer a wireless with a antenna than a without).
