What is Bulk Rate? BulkRate is a semi-wholesale system with items priced separately from retail. When you use bulk rates, a flat $1.70 registered air mail fee will automatically be added to your cart to ensure delivery of package. While BulkRate's intention is to offer cheaper prices when you buy in bulk, because it is priced separately it on occassions show a higher than retail price. That's why we ask you to enter BULKRATE as a coupon code to manually activate the rates. You can always opt not to use the bulk rates. If you are looking for wholesale prices please feel free to contact us.

Pros: One of the only breadboards which have mounting grooves in all ends - so you can expand it horizontally and vertically. The contacts are one of the best I´ve ever tryied: they are nickel-plated, feel to hold the terminals really well and and don´t look to get deformed by tick pins (like the ones on Arduino Nano). All the labels are plastic-injected, so they will never vanish. It´s very solid and the adhesive on the back is really strong
Cons: The screew holes are a bit sleazy, with thin corners (securing this thing in place using screews my not be a good idea). It is reasonably smooth, but looks it can get a bit dingy with dusty and continuos use. Also, I think it can quickly get yellowish if exposed to sunlight. The mouting grooves are a bit larger than the usual (you may want to cut off the ones on the edges to get a cleaner finishing). The contacts looks not appropriate to work with really thin wire (30AWG, for example)
Other: One of the best breadboards I´ve seen! It´s a bit expensive and have some cosmethic issues, but it looks to be the most durable breadboard on DX.

Pros: - Good built quality; - has indications of letters and numbers to help positioning the pieces / wires - has a good weight, isn't too light - has some small flaps that allow you to attach another one together, doubling it's size - has a good adhesive in the back, if you want to stick it somewhere (and have problems to remove it afterwards)
Cons: None that I can thing about
Other: A very good product, seems to be robust, I think it will last a long time
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: The board is really great for evaluation of design, as it provides the possibilities to test your DIY HW design without making a real board. Just connect correctly and see if it works. The form factor is good and works with most of dot piches without addition of sockets
Cons: There are no markings and mapping on the board provided. I needed to make some measurements on board itself in order to understand the mapping of the points before start using it with elements attached.
Other: Perfect deal for its cost.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: A large breadboard where there are space enough for connecting many items like chips, LEDs, cables etc. And space enough so you don't have to keep the items close. Some sort of double-sided tape on it, so you can stick it to your table or housing for your project.
Cons: There aren't any really down side about this product.
Other: I can really recommend this breadboard for those who needs a breadboard. It's large and have space enough for most of your items in your project.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Clean, cheap, easy to use, no need to apply a lot of stress in the components wile putting them and they stay well stuck, no dead point found so far, it's possible to add others to it so it becomes bigger/larger
Cons: No cons for this product, none found...
Other: What you see is what you get, its a cheap and well maybe bread board and I will buy more in the future for attach to the one I already have to do bigger and bigger experiments hehehehe. If you are in need off one of these, I advice this one. Cheap, easy to use and well build.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Excellent quality product, it comes with its packaging. Good quality contacts, good plastic termination.
Cons: NONE, the product is just fine.
Other: Excellent product, excellent delivery time, I recommend buying it, specially helpful for doing your electronics prototypes. I have another one during more than 15 years, that is quite old but it is still working fine. The one I get here is as good as the old one I have, so, I am sure it will last at least 15 years in my Lab
