900/950MHz GSM Network 9~11dBi Directional High Gain 7-Unit Antenna (N Female)

Pros: Works well, boosts the signal pretty well. The signal level of a mast at a 9 km distance jumped from -95 dB to -75 dB (probably exaggerated by the modem but the difference is huge, anyhow). Also got a fairly good connection to another mast 22 km away and found a third one at about 30 km.

Cons: None except a nut and a washer missing. Well, the delivery time was a bit lengthy but that may be due to the Hong Kong mail.

Other: If you need to boost a distant 900 MHz 3G signal this antenna may be of great help.

Pros: Well made, probably last forever, comes with coax feed and U-bolt fittings. Works fine.

Cons: All front elements are the same length (in the one I received), so not the best designed Yagi in the world. The N-type connector is a bit bulky, and given that you will almost certainly have this outdoors and need to run a (good quality) coax feed inside, that means a big dose of self-vulcanizing tape is needed to keep the water out. The dipole feed, likewise, probably needs to be sealed up for long life. These are pretty minor cons.

Other: Fine 900MHz GSM Yagi for the price.

Pros: - Very cheap.

Cons: - Construction quality is good; not great.
- Weather resistance is poor, it rusted quickly, but a tube of silicon filler is cheap.
- Packaging risks damage to product as there is no boxing (although mine was delivered to New Zealand in good condition)

Other: I achieved a (reliable) 20-22km GPRS link with this and a cheap GPRS USB modem also sold here. Soldered an SMA socket to the modem in place of it's antenna and voila.

Pros: Antenna is working well for it's price. The built quality is solid. It will do the job.

Cons: Maybe better protection of material with some protective color so it will not rust. It could prolong it's life for sure. But you can do it yourself so it is not a big thing.

Other: Nice antenna, it will do the job. Get it if you have low indoor signal or maybe even outdoor since it is directional and it will amplify your GSM signal well. If you need more gain, you need more dB, simple as that.

Pros: A great signal booster. Also pretty easy to mount outside.

Cons: Needs an adapter or manual modification to work with your modem.

Other: At this price there's absolutely no excuse for not buying one!

Cons: This product does not have the area range in saying that this announcement, however it is an awesome product, and at a price well affordable.

Other: This is the best site to buy the Internet, the only problem is the delay in delivering the orders, I recommend to everyone. Very good product for the money. Definately would buy again!
