Pros: - It actually does stimulate muscles - It works better on the muscles that are more visible, like your arm muscles. If you're fit and you do workout regularly then this is the one for you. It stimulates muscles to contract just like as if you were doing real workout. - You can use any water based gel cream on the device - Has many exercise programs and intensity levels

Cons: - As stated in the box: it takes time to find the right places in your body but it's worth it. It may not work straight away if you don't know how to change speed/intensity levels. It's pretty easy after reading the manual.

Other: I recommend this product to people who workout regularly for daily use with the regular workout program.

It may be usable for people who are unable to do real workout, but beware if you are weak of hurt then you should NEVER use this device.

Pros: You can use it as a massage device, it shakes your muscles and makes u feel nice, the two pads are very comfortable and stay on pretty tight. It doesn't make u sweat like normal exercise!

Cons: It will not replace a workout, the electrical zaps are too focused on work on a very small part of the muscles, if u have a big belly u will hardly feel the zaps. U shouldn't use it for more than 15 minutes per day, it's not healthy.

Other: Buy only if u plan to use it as a part of regular workouts, or for a nice massage. Thanks for reading!

Pros: I saw one of these for sale on tv, $75 for two. It's the exact same thing, just a lot cheaper.
It does what it promises, and makes your muscles contract. I hate doing ab-workouts, and i do believe this is a good replacement for it.
In addition to the waist-belt the box contained two loose pads to put on other body parts.

Cons: You have to use some sort of waterbased lube to make it work. If you use it on your abs you'll end up with a little mess on your stomach.
The manual was poorly translated, and didn't cover all operations on it. With a little testing i figured it out, though.
The two additional pads didn't stick well, so i had to hold them with one hand while they were working on the other arm.

Other: Worth the money.

Pros: It works! Fun as hell. I always wanted one but was too embarrassed to get one. Now cheap as hell, works great! Took a couple minutes to get the hang of it. Fun as hell to play with. I'll most likely forget about it in a month or 2, but worth every penny.

Cons: It wont make you into Conan in five minutes. or 50,000 fot that matter. I'm not positive that it will do anything... But I love it. It certainly makes whatever muscles you put the pads on jump hard.

Other: GET ONE NOW BEFORE YOU CAUSE A FLABBALANCHE!

Pros: The thing does what its suppose to. when you work out and get sore muscles this thing is great. The toning portion is powerful and if you use it right it feels fine.

Cons: The instructions are kinda weird... hard to know whats going on. other than that nothing is really bad about it... my only other complaint would be the belt strap is Velcro but that too is not a big issue.

Other: good price for a quality product

Pros: - good product, look professional with all the lube...
- makes your abdomen spasm very hard.
- a lot of programs, can set frequency and intensity.
- two additional pads... didn't work when i connected them (no biggie though, couldn't see where to put them anyhow)
- very detailed guide

Cons: - HURTS - i uses a lot of lube on my abdomen and i still couldn't take it for more then 1 minute (on maximum intensity though).
in other hand the guide says that if you feel tingling and pain than you probably haven't put enough lube (so maybe I'm using it wrong)

Other: it's in the drawer for now... i use sku.2866 which does similar job with no lube or pain (but is disposable somehow with the glue).

Pros: Well, this product does what it promisses: muscles contractions. If you always saw this kind of product on TV this is your big chance to buy one! It's way cheaper comparing to the ones you see on TV. ATENTION: as you might know it's not magical and you're only going to get result with it if you already exercise/workout

Pros: Comes with 2 kind of belts. One for abs and other for legs.
Its simple to use.

Pros: Very fun to use. You will get a lot of laughs watching someone else use it! I got it for my sister for Christmas because she had been wanting on of the $200 ones from TV. I tried it and I think there are 10 levels but I can't get past the 1st cause its so strong!

Cons: Its hard to determine what level you are on in the beginning but I don't really see that as a con, just something to get used to.

Other: Cheap alternative to the TV ones. Fun.

Pros: This thing comes with an adjustable belt, a set of pads to be connected to other muscle groups (on a headphone like connector), conductive gel and instructions.

Cons: I found the instructions to be a little hard to understand, but some experimentation worked things out for myself. One of the pads (that you plug in) kind of stopped working after the 2nd day.

Other: This is a really great buy for the price. It works well and it will combat (in my opinion) some of the effects of inactivity sitting at the computer! I'm planning to order a second unit.
