What is Bulk Rate? BulkRate is a semi-wholesale system with items priced separately from retail. When you use bulk rates, a flat $1.70 registered air mail fee will automatically be added to your cart to ensure delivery of package. While BulkRate's intention is to offer cheaper prices when you buy in bulk, because it is priced separately it on occassions show a higher than retail price. That's why we ask you to enter BULKRATE as a coupon code to manually activate the rates. You can always opt not to use the bulk rates. If you are looking for wholesale prices please feel free to contact us.

Pros: I ran a couple of tests, and it slow-charges cells that are below a certain voltage at about 50mA. Less-dead cells charge normally, at about 300-400mA. It seems to take pretty much any kind of cylindrical lithium cell. Charges 2 cells at once. the circuits seem to be independent, so it should be okay to charge 2 unbalanced cells, or even 2 different physical sizes of cell. Your mileage may vary. Convenient compact size.
Cons: Build quality is a little bit rough around the edges, but it seems pretty sturdy. It can be difficult to insert 18650s.
Other: It's a fantastic charger for the price. The slow-charging feature could be really useful.

Pros: This is a very handy charger. I bought it to charge my 14500 protected batteries and it does that perfectly.
When charging, the lights go red. Once the batteries are charged it seems to turn off so there's no confusion as to whether your batteries are charged.
Charges 2 of my 14500's in under three hours - probably closer to 2 but I didn't time it exactly.
Cons: The build quality isn't as nice as some of my other chargers but it does what it says it will and the number of different model batteries it charges is pretty impressive.
Other: Good charger for flashlight addicts. Especially those of you that have multiple battery types (like me).
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Good charger for the price.
I use it more than 1 year to charge 18650 lithium cells for my flashlights and emergency power sources.
No damages to accumulators, no over charges.
It works as it should.
Cons: Need some force to insert 18650, like it's not enough space for it.
But I didn't break this device yet, and it seems to go more and more easy time after time :)
Other: It "resurrects" my deeply discharged cells "almost dead" I thought... So, I'm glad.
