  • Cable works, AC charger doesn't

    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: The lightning cable works great with PC, and Apple or other USB charging blocks.

    Cons: The included AC Power Adapter does not put out sufficient voltage and amperage to allow to to be used with any iPhone or iPad. You will get an error message saying the device is not compatible.

    Other: Skip the charging block and only order the cable.
