Pros: Very good adapter! Does its thing with no problems at all. I only use these for LEDs and other low power things. Its not getting any warm at all for me. You cant say much more about this than it does the things its built for. This adapter can be used for many things. Im planning on using these to power some fans in a new DIY-project. The price is very good, here I can get these for about 15$ and that is without shippingcosts. So the price is nice :)

Cons: The reviews about "exploding" devices really worries me. But since mine is working properly I cant take the rating any lower. I only use mine to power some LEDs and those are only 20mA so its not even close to the 1A that this is supose to handle.

Other: Cant be much better for the price. But if it comes some more reviews about "exploding" devices I will think again before ordering more! But for me this is a very good product so far. The build quality seems good. I had to do some changes to mine to get it the way i wanted it. But now its very good!

Pros: For this price is the best AC/DC adaptor ever. I need some new for my broken from HP ScanJet 2400 (scanner). This is a very good replacement. Who cares that the old one was 1250 mA ... 1000 mA are enough to run the scanner properly.

Cons: Maybe the cable would be thicker, but for the price, who cares ...

Other: Buy it from DX and you will be as satisfied as me. Trust me. DX 4 ever.

I ordered two of these and I may get few more. Very useful. I wish they had a 2A model as well.

Pros: Very good designed HW, based on ST-micro chip. High and low voltage parts are properly separated on board. The device is serviceable (case can be disassembled without breaking it).

Cons: Most of power adapters uses very bad cable (from adapter to low voltage plug). This one is not exclusion from the rule.

Other: Surprising quality. Worth buying.

Pros: This was exactly what i was looking for. A lightweight adapter to replace my other adapter which was almost 1 kg heavy. This one is excellent for traveling also.
I replace this one to power a small computer audio system with one small bass unit and two speakers. It power the unit perfectly.
Does not get to hot either.

Cons: Build quality could be better. But that would be to much to ask for this price or what?

Pros: - It can be opened with a screwdriver (good for DIY projects)

Cons: - Audible frequency ripple in the output makes it bad for audio devices

Other: Great power adaptor for use with electoronics or for DIY projects.

Pros: Very good adapter, very practical gadget. It is possible to use it in many occasion to give energy of 1 Ampere in right way. I mesure the voltage (12 V) and Ampere (1 A) emitted and they are correct.

Cons: This adapter is made of plastic and it is not very heavy. It appear not very strong and perhaps it is necessary to put attention during its use.

Other: Very good I would buy it another time.

Other: Happy with this purchase. Again, DX comes through with a decent product at a good price. As long as you are not in a hurry of a product (I figure 2 -3 weeks to Europe), you cannot go wrong.

Pros: Very cheap wall wart with a decent quality.
I use this one to drive one 30-led led strip (white) for my aquarium.
It seems to work well and the voltage is stable

Cons: I ordered 3 of these and 1 of them did not work.
First I thought the led strip might be faulty because of transport or something, but after measuring votlage it seemed that the wall wart was not working correctly.
After opening it up (screw is behind the sticker) it seemed the cable running from the AC contact to the in build circuit was not connected (it had broken of).
After connecting it, it worked fine.

Other: Work very well and have a decent price.
I remember the days when I had like 20 of those in a box in case I might need one. They were pretty expensive and hard to get those days.
Now I can get rid of those used (and modified) wall warts and order cheap ones easily.
