    Pros: why do you put this like available if it is not available,i ordered this thermal bag more than 1 month ago and u dont send it yet and u blocked the order then customers cant cancel the product and have a refound!!? JUST PUT 'Item is temporarily sold out.'

    Cons: at the begining DX was exellent but now things like make people order a product that u dont have ,and when you rech a number of orders you buy the product and send it,i think u will lose many customers if u continue doing that.
