Pros: It's glue and heat conducting paste to paste any metal electronic component to heatsink.
Heat conductivity seems good, as long as you apply pressure to the components for 10 minutes of more after applications. Bottom line make sure the gap is thinnest possible.
as for the strenght, I need to use thin screwdriver to undo the 2 parts after plaster dried for 1 day.
Useful to paste power LEDs on the alluminium plate that I used to make table lamp.
Cons: none so far
Other: good price for the product that does its function very well
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: It's a small tube of adhesive solder. Spread the head pretty well.
Cons: It's pricey for the small amount you're getting. You need something to spread the solder, no tools included. I used a flat screwdriver.
Other: Make sure to make the layer of adhesive as thin as possible. Then use some kind of tool to make some pressure contact betwen the led star and the heatsink for 30 minutes or more. Now my 2C Maglite is upgraded with a XR-E R2 emmiter (Also from DX) and direct drived with a single 18650 cell (from DX too). After 3 minutes more or less the body tube gets warm. That means the heat transfer works fine, considering I put as heatsink a solid piece of aluminium of about 30mm diameter and 25mm long. I also used this paste to keep the heatsink in place inside the tube of the flashlight.

Pros: - Incredibly strong! When dries, it is as strong as concrete!!!
- The paste seems high quality, good compound
- It works for everything: computer heatsinks, LEDs, etc...
- Good heat transfer
- The tube itself (the metal contanier) seems to be thick and seems to last, resist strikes, external pressure
- The cap doesnt leak, seems to keep it well closed
- It has only 5 grams, but, if you know how to use it, it will last veeeery long time
Cons: - A bit expensive for the amount of product inside - Only 5 grams - It may "dry" over time and then it will be useless - It needs a lot of presure at least during 20 minutes to "glue" and ensure good heat transfer - Not a con, but if you try to remove something glued with this product...... it will be very difficult
Other: If you need a fast way to attach a LED to a heatsink, or a heatsink to a electronic device (CPU, GPU, RAM, etc...) this is the adecuate product 100% recommended buy
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: -Heat paste and glue in same package
-Doesnt appear to dry into tube (used for two different jobs with several months apart).
-Last for many (at least small) projects
Cons: Reduces re-usability of attached componens(Hey! that's a glue so what you waited for?)
-little messy if you use too much in time.
Other: If you need thermal glue for you projects this does the job.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Easy to glue power leds to heatsink metal if you do not like soldering. Use it in a thin layer and apply pressure. The component will be hard to remove after half an hour. Just to be on the safe side I have not switch on power for a day after it was glued.
I have used it for gluing 1W leds to metal plate. For that purpose this glue is good enough, if you use higher power like 3W, 5W or 10W without a star, choose soldering instead.
Cons: No cons.
Other: I can recommend it to everybody who likes do it yourself staff.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: You can use-it to glue some heat-sinks to your DSL router and surf the web safer on summer.
Cons: No too much product on the tube. Looks bigger on the image :P, but you don't need too much to glue a lot of heat-sinks.
Other: If you don't need to glue thousandths of heat-sinks get that one, the price is great. I found-it really difficult to find glue heat-sink on computer component and electronics stores. It's easier to order-it on DX and just wait in front of your mailbox.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: - It really is very strong glue - And also conducts the heat very well. I attached small heatsinks to chips with this and the heatsinks get very hot. - Cheap compared to silicone and silver paste -Much better than conductive tapes or "DIY glue and silver paste" -Easy to use and spread
Cons: - If you wan`t to remove heatsinks someday, i bet trying to remove heatsinks brokes chips or something else from board. It really is very strong glue.
Other: Great product for attaching heatsinks
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: -CHEAP -2 tubes, so just a dollar each. -conducts heat well. -solid when dry.
Cons: It takes a while to dry, but compared to many other glues and sealants, its pretty good. The only real con is that it is brittle when dry. Not a problem in most applications, but if you're the joint will be stressed, I suggest adding some hot glue outside the joint after using the heatsink plaster.
Other: Works great, super low price. Buy it.

Pros: I bought these to glue 1W Cool White LEDs (SKU 65220) to the hexangular PCB Boards (SKU 101147) and they work just as advertised. Make sure you use a small quantity. - Good gluing characteristic and I expect the thermal conduction properties are good as well (only time will tell). - Small quantity and affordable price - Good that it is split into two tubes of 5g each so even if one dries out due to exposure you still have a backup
Cons: None I can think of.
Other: It does what its job.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Very good adhesive AND high thermal conduction. Great to use with power LEDs like the Cree XML T6. Can be used for countless power applications such as LEDs, lasers, integrated circuits, voltage regulators, LED and laser driver circuit boards...
Cons: No instructions, inexperienced users may use too much.
Other: I highly recommend this product as it is very cheap and has enough paste for about 20 power LEDs, which is perfect for what I needed it for.
