Other: for its price, no cons. bought 2 for my dogs and i had to change its size for my poodle since its quite large and the adjust didn't help much. just cut it and sew it back again.

Pros: Easy to use. Three modes: rapid flash, slower flash and continuous mode. One button cycles between modes and off. Quite easy to adjust, should fit most medium-small to medium-large dogs. Bright enough to see far away in the dark.

Cons: -The light source connects with the fiber optic right where the metal ring for the lead is. This means that whenever you or the dog pulls, the connection is stressed. Eventually the fiber optic lost connection with the light source, so now there is only one red light on one side, rather than a ring of lights around the whole thing. -It isn't water resistant. My dog jumped into a small stream and the collar wouldn't turn off afterwards. Luckily I managed to shake the water out of it, and it worked fine again.

Other: Great if your dog doesn't pull(or if you use a harness) or swim with it...

Pros: Good building quality, Easy to use. I can see my dog in the dark from a mile away, while the collar is shining brightly,constant or 1 of the 2 flashing options. The size of the collar is easy to set, and the closing method is very easy, just with one click. The battery and power button is nicely within the collar.

Cons: Well it's plastic, but who cares, still decent, and works fine. About the led lights, there great, but it was even better when the leds would be all around the collar. Now there are no leds at the battery and closing mechanism.

Pros: A lit collar is a great idea for off-leash walking at night. This battery and LED compartment is well built and fairly easy to remove without tools so the collar can be washed. This is important for dogs that like to roll in smelly stuff. The collar is strong (actually a bit stiff).
The collar, when new, is a pleasant brightness that will not annoy your eyes and will not distract from your "night vision" (or your dogs). It can be seen for a few hundred yards.
It has 3 settings. A rapid flash (that I find annoying). A slower flash that is fine. And a steady on which is nice but might use the battery up faster.
The D-ring is nice and large - 1.5" wide by 1 3/8" deep (3.8cm x 3.5cm) and about 5/16" (4mm) thick.

Cons: I liked this collar a lot at first, but with time, I like it less.
I find that as a dog pulls, the collar tends to loosen (could sew it to stop this).
It has become dim and nearly invisible, mainly because the light fiber slides away from the LED. I just replaced the battery (4 screws) and cut the plastic tube near the end of the light strand and plugged it up with a screw or hot glue to try and keep it from sliding down. More time will tell if this fixes it.
It ues a single CR2032 battery, and this may cause it to dim more quickly than some other models.
The light can get pretty dim. Also, the light is easily blocked by a dogs fur, shoulders, head, tall grass etc, so at times it is not visible. The light is not bright enough to be seen reflecting off of the ground or shrubs, so it can be difficult to spot the collar behind brush or when the dog is turned in such a way as to block the light.

Other: If you are willing to fool with it (cut and sew it to keep it from slipping, and brace the light strand to keep if from slipping) then you might love it. I need more time to know for sure.

Pros: Light weight Easy to use Cheap Strong enough Safetyclip Developes no heat or any inconvenience for the dog.

Cons: Lights are a bit weak. But when the dog is running in pitch black outside it works extremely well! I can see my dog easily even 200 meters away. If your dog has a furry coat, the fur will cover the lights making them ineffective.

Other: It's so cheap that it's worth trying out. But don't expect the lights to show off well in bright conditions, but expect it to work reasonably when dark.
