What is Bulk Rate? BulkRate is a semi-wholesale system with items priced separately from retail. When you use bulk rates, a flat $1.70 registered air mail fee will automatically be added to your cart to ensure delivery of package. While BulkRate's intention is to offer cheaper prices when you buy in bulk, because it is priced separately it on occassions show a higher than retail price. That's why we ask you to enter BULKRATE as a coupon code to manually activate the rates. You can always opt not to use the bulk rates. Pros: Very accommodating
Can be opened quite wide.
Has two nice little safety catches on the bottom to prevent your device from slipping out.
Padded grips prevent damage to device while locked VERY snugly in place.
Can hold all sorts of devices. I'm currently using it for my iPhone 3G.
Cons: The gadget grip portion doesn't seem to lock onto the bike mount portion. It's more of a slide on feature. Since I mountain bike offroad, I'm concerned that it might slide off (it would need to slide up) while biking. So I've chosen to tape the 2 pieces together, since I don't need to remove my iPhone from my bike that quickly.
Other: Have your tech toys viewable while riding. This little device is a bikers delight. If the two major sections locked into place I'd give this a 5 overall.

Pros: I'm using this to hold my homemade LED bike light. The great thing about this mount is that it can really be faced almost any direction, so it will work for almost any use.
Cons: Wouldn't fit the handlebars on either of my roadbikes. I had to use a zip-tie to get it clamped on. For a more permanent solution, I'll probably get a long wingnut or something... No instructions, so I wasn't sure how to clip it on.
Other: Good stuff, I'm going to buy another one or two for my other bikes/gadgets.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Just a short update. I ordered another one, and sure enough I don't think I was pushing the two pieces together hard enough to get them to clamp together. Now they are clamped together and I have no fear of it falling off my mountain bike, even during the worst of bumps.
One other note. I noticed that the cradle for the iPhone/device has a locking mechanism on the back. It lets you click move the device into any position and then lock it. This is great if you want to quickly view your iPhone horizontally and then go back to viewing vertically!
Cons: Instructions (that mentioned how hard I'd have to push the two pieces together) probably would have kept me from losing my first set.
Other: I'm very satisfied.

Pros: The handlebar mount part is excellent. It has a nice ball joint arrangement that tightens up to any angle really solidly. The foam pads on the arms get a pretty good grip on a phone. The clip between the mount and the phone carrier makes a very solid connection.
Cons: The phone carrier seems a bit flimsy for bike use (understandable for the price). There is only one small screw holding the back plate onto the phone carrier, and (having taken it apart) the ratchet that holds the arms closed is quite small and looks like it would break quite easily. It would be OK for lighter devices but I wouldn't use it for a heavier phone or GPS. When the arms are extended more than halfway they are quite lose, and the same applies to the little feet, so I wouldn't use this for a "landscape" device like a GPS either.
Other: Pretty good for the price, use for small light devices only, and use a safety strap!
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Very rare gadget - nearly impossible to buy here locally
Cons: The plate mount with 4 pins is very unreliable, you'll loose your device on the first bump. I recommend to glue it permanently.
--------------------------------
Huge. I've removed most of handlebar mount parts and screwed it to bike frame.
Other: After serious improvements it holds my GPS reliably.
However it's initial quality is bad, I didn't found better universal holder. So this is rather do-it-yourself kit.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: The mount and the mobile holder seem to have quite a good quality. YOur phone is well fixed. All in all it is not a light-weight, even if the quality is too bad.
Cons: The problem is the connection between those two parts. Who the hell was the designer of the crap? Do not drive over bumps or unevenesses. You phone will immediatelly fall down to the street, because the connector is not working.
Other: Wait until the constructor publishes version 2.0!

Pros: When the button is pushed, opening is convenient. It is also good to be able to adjust the angle.
When reaching, it was disappointed because the joint shifted easily.
But,I noticed that power is necessary to connect parts.
I am using the cellular phone with the GPS function instead of the navigation.
Cons: Especially, I think that you should pass the strap through the steering wheel for attention though there is no dissatisfied point.
Other: Very good for the price.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: This mount is very good I installed it on my bike and using it for more then a month on my precious iphone.
Cons: You need to apply some pressure and make sure you actually connected between the base and the phone holder. It took me some time to figure it and to actually connect them as they should. I can not fully trust the plastic so I use an extra safty wire just in case. but so far it holds great. The srcew is easy to open with no tools which is very easy to steal, I replaced it with my own screw
Other: If you need one, you should defenetly buy it.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Very useful product helps when riding a bike, better keep your phone even when driving difficult terrain. It is easy to install and operate.
Cons: Built a little cheap plastic, play time, but the price it pays in the end. I think you could do better than its construction.
Other: Very useful product helps when riding a bike, I have not encountered any problems with the product in real-except that it eroded over time. This is expected because the product is not very plastic, built quality, but depending on the price is perfect.

Pros: + Great price
+ Holds your phone really tight
Cons: - It's big and bulky
- Fits only my handlebar even after I removed all the gaskets - does not fit on the stem perpendicular to the handlebar
- As it is supplied the connecting mechanism between the phone part and the handlebar part does not work - the phone part will fall off on the first bump
- The mechanism for setting the phone alignment (side to side and top/bottom) is quite tricky to set up
Other: With sku. 24369 definitely a good buy for the price - I use it for GPS navigation and it works beautifully. Hopefully it won't break after a few rides.
