Pros: * sturdy clip
* glow in the dark tail-cap
* glow in the dark rubber seal for glass
* 5-mode flashlight
* very bright
* well constructed
* inexpensive (not cheap)
Cons: * none
Other: I've bought a number of flashlights from DX. Ultrafire, MTE, Romisen, and more. Akoray takes the prize. So far I've had no duds with these. I hope that stays true. I've had several failing lights with the other brands.

Pros: Bright! This thing is as bright as my Maglite D4 which is an incandescent light and has maybe 10x the volume and weight as this Akoray K-109. It has five output modes which you switch between by either turning it off and on quickly or by pressing the button only halfway down; high, medium and low output, high output strobe and high output SOS signalling. It spells SOS like it should: ... - - - ... (& repeat) It remembers what mode it was in when you last switched it off and starts up in that mode. Very compact size so it's easy to carry with you.
Cons: Less suitable to use for bludgeoning violence than the D4. The belt clip or whatever it is would not hold up to as much action as the rest of the light. On medium and low it emits a buzzing sound like a bad phone line. It does not bother me but it makes me think there is some problem with the construction. The threads were not lubricated out of the box (well there really was no box) but that is easily remedied, and it isn't much of a con anyway. Probably less than 230 lumen (half?).
Other: This was my first LED flashlight larger than a photon, and also my first DX purchase. I really like it. 230 lumens should be almost twice as bright as the Maglite D4, and I don't think that is true in this case. The compact size makes it pretty awesome anyway, and the price is not too bad either. I think I'm gonna get a few more of these.

Pros: great small EDC pocket light, 3 o rings, memory mode, 3 useful modes hi,med,lo. giving a decent runtime if used mainly on med with occasional hi periods, great for bottom of pocket or use clip, amazes maglite users everytime they see it, great little gift.
Cons: rough threads and swarf present , clip a little loose.
Other: get one for whenever, bound to come in useful oneday and at this price what`s to loose ?

Pros: Small size. Good output with nice throw and usable flood. Much better clip compared to the ultrafire uf-010. Glow in the dark switch and a glow in the dark o-ring around lens. 5 modes. I liked the tint on mine. Switched modes very nicely and consistently
Cons: To nitpick, the clicky switch is a little small and a bit on the stiff side. I prefer the feel of the ultrafire uf-010. Mine arrived with a few nicks in the finish (not a big deal).
Other: A fine choice for an EDC.

Pros: Bright - noticeably brighter than a 200 lumen Romisen light I have. I would guess that the posted brightness and current draw specs are accurate. Mid and low modes are useful. Has a visually appealing metallic champagne finish that is well-applied. Neither of the lights I bought have flaws in the finish. No sharp edges either. All threaded areas have o-rings to keep moisture out. Really like the glow-in-the-dark o-rings and tail switch. Really like that this flashlight tail-stands, and is stable when doing so. Clip is very usable (but not indestructible) and a lanyard can be threaded through it if need be.
Cons: Mine did not have memory mode. The head has a lot of play as it is being screwed and unscrewed. The threads won't slip past each other, but some care is needed when removing the flashlight head in order to change the battery. The finish wears easily, but since the finish color is fairly similar to that of the base metal, scratches are hard to see.
Other: Terrific light for the price. Is a very "usable" flashlight, and can really kick out the lumens when need be.

Pros: +amazingly bright from a small package - good size hot spot and decent spill - very useable light +small, lightweight- perfect EDC +flawless andonizing +nice machining and solid build +thick threads - square threads are nice and should be super strong +fits protected cells (a little tight squeeze width wise though) +orings in all the right places - double orings in main body +thin wire clip - perfect for hanging out of a pocket, nice contour for perfect cigar grip +GITD orings and tailcap cover (fully recessed for tail standing if desired)
Cons: -gets HOT after only 5 minutes on Hi -no mode memory - turns on in the next mode but resets to Hi if left for a few seconds -otherwise very minor cons considering this is one awesome little light including bone dry orings and threads, small clicky button, dust on inside of glass
Other: Perfect for every day carry. Small and very bright with multimodes to conserve power or call for help. Nothing fancy, just an unassuming looking flashlight you can stick in your pocket and not even know its there until you need it.

Pros: A bit surprised. Have read all the others that have tryed this light, and I must say; it is not that great. I expected a bright light, and this one is not that bright. The small key-ring led-light is brighter, and less expensive. Build is ok, and the "glow-in-the-dark" rings are super.
Cons: Not bright at all. Have tryed different batterys, but no big change. Clip will not last long. Mine is allready bendt.
Other: For the price at DX I had expected more for the money. This was, for me, a big dissapointment. NOT recomended!

Pros: Extremely bright pocket light with just about the ideal beam/throw for everyday use. Three light levels are well-chosen. Tactical strobe to disorient unwanted guests. Protected rechargeable 16340 batteries fit perfectly. Decent water resistance. Good build quality for the price paid.
Cons: Negatively reviewed by the uninformed.
Other: Buy this light if you want a reliable, well-made pocket flashlight. You will not be disappointed.

Pros: * Very small size. * Good selection of modes. High, medium and low are nicely separated. Strobe is fast enough that it's closer to a strobe than fast blink. * Pocket clip is removable, although it is much harder to get back on than it is to get off. * Extremely lightweight. It's barely noticeable in your pocket. * Very positive action on the switch.
Cons: * Very tight fit when using protected Li-Ion batteries. * Short enough that it's smaller in length than my palm is wide. This either requires an awkward thumb reach to turn it on, or I need to turn it on, then change my grip so the light isn't inside my palm. * Reverse clicky switch.
Other: Well worth it. Even if it's not your favorite light, it's decent enough to pick one up, even if you just use it as a backup.
