Pros: certainly good for keeping a spare set in your guitar case - they can help you out in a bind - so you won't get stuck with egg on your face - five hundred characters is difficult to achieve at the best of times!... - the price is the best thing about these strings of course - we won't break the bank when we buy them - even if we get them just in order to keep them as a spare set in case of emergencies - !..

Cons: they are a little flimsy and need some taking care of so as not to break them too soon apart from that I think that they are good enough - if you see what I mean! -..

Other: Good to have - and - cheap enough to keep a set of these electric guitar strings so as to be protected from an embarrsing moment when a string breaks on you - !..

Pros: The strings are packaged very well, and it didn't take a long time to install them.
They sound very good, I could say they're actually as good as Sub-Zero boomers. These strings don't sound like Bullets which I personally don't like, and it's better to have a ball-end anyways.
They are as durable as any other good strings.

Cons: None really, could come in different gauges.

Other: Good strings for a great price. If you have multiple guitars, are using 9-42 strings, and buying strings locally is expensive - this is the perfect choice.

Cons: - I am thinking all time i must be careful playing with this strings because the strings seems very fragile.
-The touch seems they need to be lubricated,when you slide your fingers,you can notice they need more oil lol

Pros: Hey, for $3 I was expecting an install break. I very slowly tuned up to the right pitch, expecting that awful PING! that meant I wasted my money. Never happened. All 6 stings went on fine, and play nice. I bought these strings as spares, but my Boomers order didn't arrive on time, so these went on my axe instead. Work great, too!

Cons: The problem with ALL strings is, you never really know when they'll break. When one goes, plan on changing the rest before long. But until then, how can I know how good these stings really are? They work great, but I'm not sure I really trust them. It's all subjective!

Other: I wish I had thought to buy an extra set!

Pros: I used to play 09 set about 6 years ago, but something made me change to 10 set. I wondered a little, but gave it a go. These 09 strings are just as good as other brands or manufacturers. They seem to last longer on my custom tele than top-shelf brand's 10 set. I'm really considering to change it back to 09 altogether

Pros: Comes in a nice little package. Each string sealed in its own packaging as you might expect. Clearly labelled.

Cons: No cons as of yet, but I really don't expect any. And besides, if they do go a bit before their time, I can't argue for the price. In their packets they last for years. So why not bulk buy 4 or 5 -- it will still only cost approximately what you spend on 2 packs in the high street.

Other: Buy a few packs. What's $10 now days?

Pros: Strings of good quality. They are well packaged and are perfect to have one or two set's ready for replacement.
I was surprised by the quality of the strings. I believe they are as durable as those of famous brands.
The price is good, one quarter of the price in my city.
It is great to purchase this set of strings for this price

Other: I'll get some more sets of guitar strings.
I also bought this acoustic guitar strings for the same manufacturer.

Pros: Been using the strings for more than 6 months on an Ovation acoustic guitar in a tropical climate near the sea. The strings hasn't shown any signs of corrosion. Strings are still shiny and smooth all these while. This is great as the other more costly strings like Martin/D'addario all corrode after a week of use.

Cons: The strings seem to have a high thermal expansion coefficient. With my other strings, after tuning in any room temperature (in/out of aircon room), the guitar remains in tune. With these strings, when the ambient temperature is warmer, the strings go slightly flat, and sharpen slightly when the temperature is cooler. This is not too much of an inconvenience as ambient temperatures don't change too much during a jam/practice session once the guitar is in tune.

Other: Great set of strings.

Pros: very decent strings for the low price! quality is good and is definitely comparable to those other brands which cost double of this price! in fact these strings exceeded my expectations! even the packaging was decent. really didnt expect 2.99 dollars can get such quality product, thanks dealextreme!

Cons: nothing bad to say about these strings at the moment! only con is that it took too long to be delivered to my home (almost 1 month)..

Pros: Other than cheap, nothing really... Yeah, after thinking for a while nothing comes to mind really. Cheap, that's it.

Cons: Guess you get what you pay for: they are cheap, they feel cheap and they sound cheap. The first strings that I ever saw that stay curved after you unpack them. Worthless.

Other: If you want these to practice changing strings go for it. Maybe to keep them in a box in case your "real" strings break on a Sunday and the music store is closed. If you want strings to actually play, buy something else.
