Presta Aluminum Alloy Bike Tire Valve Caps - Color Assorted (2-Pack)

Pros: Looks really nice, a finishing touch on your bike!
Also they're cheaper than dirt, a black plastic valve cap in my local bike shop (the Netherlands) will cost you 1,99eu, so these valve caps are about 5 times cheaper, AND they're made of anodized aluminum!

Cons: Can't really think of any.

Other: These valve caps won't fit on a car tire, they're made for road bike valves, like in the picture. The finishing is really nice and smooth, they don't look cheap at all. I can really recommend this to anyone who owns a bike with road bike style valves.

These are Presta valve covers. They are extremely light so I assume they are made of aluminum. This is much better than other valve covers which I have bought, where were made of steel and are much heavier.
Mine were a nice golden color. This is exactly what i was hoping for, since it matches the gold labels on my Cannondale Rush. If it was red, it wouldn't match nearly as well.
They do the job of keeping dust out of the valve area, so what more can you say???

I actually thought these were for Schrader valves, because I bought them for another bike. But they are Presta.

I bought 5 sets. One pair is red. The other for consists of one red and one gold! I think this kind of packaging is pretty shoddy. Most people will assume 'assorted colors' mean same pair but might get different color, NOT a pair of different colors. Luckily for me, it turned out OK for me as the 4 mismatched pairs became matched after shuffling the caps. Imagine those who bought a single pair. The bike will look pretty funny.

Other: Nice bling alu presta caps for the bike. Just pray you get the same color. Going by what I got, you need to pray HARD!

Pros: Well machined, anodising looks good, fit my presta valves perfectly unlike some others which are tight or have play in the threads.

Cons: I got sent a red one and a blue one... I expected at least a pair in the same colour, even if it does say assorted...
No brass insert means these will seize on in time unless greased (only really deer ones have inserts, so not really a con)

Other: Lightweight bike bling, just a shame dx are rubbish with colour matching :p

Pros: - A much welcome replacement to the plastic covers that came with my bike. - Ordered two pairs, and was able to get a single pair of matching red ones. - Very light in weight - The covers screwed on very smoothly, the threads were pretty decent - No fear of these aluminum covers cracking like the original plastic ones

Cons: - Random coloured paired are shipped. You must be willing to order multiple pairs if you really want a matching pair. I order two pairs (four caps in total): 2 - red 1 - silver 1 - gold

Other: - Say no to the plastic covers as it's just a matter of time before they crack. - Give your bike some character. For all bumps and jumps your tires absorb, show them a little love and get them some bling!!!

Pros: - Cheap! - I was glad both came in Red, which matched my bicycle frame colour. - Valve caps screws in without any problem. great job!

Other: Good & cheap, just that the color varieties are not much & you have to depend on your luck to get the ones you want.

Pros: Nice made, good quality. Waaay better than plastic ones. Aluminum alloy will last more than bike :) and beside good quality, they look really cool on my bicycle.

Cons: cannot choose colour and didnt receive the colour i hoped for.( hoping for a pair of red ones to match my red hope hubs but got gold ones instead....)

Other: Get one, but don`t expect them to be the colour you wanted. My plastic valve caps gets broken from time to time, theese one will outlast my bike.

Pros: Very solid presta aluminum alloy bike tire valve caps, received them in gold colour. They look very firm and fit perfectly. Strong and so much better than the plastic ones I had before.

Cons: I wished you had the chance to pick the colour you need. When you receive the wrong colour many cycle fans will not use them if they won't match your tire /bike.
