  • Decent enough lock for low crime areas

    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: -The lock is long enough to go around a wheel and a large lampost. -It seems sturdy enough. -It is flexible in the way you can thread the lock through almost any part of the bike. -Lots of different locking applications.

    Cons: -I have not tested it with bolt cutters or bolt clippers, but it may not be suitable for large cities e.g. London, New York. For the countryside village that we live in, it's perfect. -Stronger than your ordinary and cheap dollar/poundstore lock. -A third spare key would have been nice. -As it does not coil up or have a bracket, it's difficult to carry on the bike unless you have a bike bag/rucksack

    Other: For me, living in a small village/town. It's perfect. Robust enough to deter a thief.
