  • Cheap power control board with relays.

Pros: It is cheap for what it does (the board, relays, resistors, transistors, leds... are far more expensive than this board). It is very easy to use, for example, with an arduino to switch on-off a light bulb.

Cons: I bought 2 of them, one had 2 relays failing so I told dealextreme and they shipped me another one for free, so no problem.

Other: Use this por power-management homemade projects.

  • tested without any board olny with 5V wires and seems it is ok

Pros: - high voltage relays - seems robust enough for me - Good prize

Cons: - no possibility to use the relay in switched mode (holds the line till the input signal on). - the control leds would be better on the other side of the board to make easier show what is currently ON/OFF. Would be easyer to built in to a dox.

Other: - my opinion this can be a good choice for short time switched on os short time swithced off functions (as the relay has 3 connectors - without power on the relay's primary you can decide the switched side on or off by debault).

Pros: Very quality build. All the materials used in device are high quality: relays, board itself and connectors. It has leds, one for indicating power, and four for indicating relay state. Delivery package is also high quality.

Cons: No real cons. maybe price.

Other: Recommend to buy, it is worth the money.

  • I could not make this for the price

Pros: Good build quality. Good soldering and component placement. Small size and has mounting holes in the PCB. Driving circuit contains flywheel diodes to protect the transistors. The tracks are well insulated so there is a very low shock hazard when wired to mains voltage. It came packaged in an anti-static bag.

Cons: The component tails have been trimmed a little long (they poked through the anti static bag) and there may be potential for shorting once mounted if they aren't trimmed.

Other: Excellent product for the price.
