Audio Line-in Cassette Adapter for Car Stereos

Cons: In one of my cars gives a very loud clunking sound (cassette player is trying to play the cassette) which makes it unusable: this may be normal for these devices?

Other: If these units work in your car cassette stereo this is a good buy.

Pros: It makes possible to listen to your mp3's in your iPod in those cars with cassette players. The sound quality is good and there are no noises or clicks.

Cons: I haven't found any in my application.

Other: I bought it for being able to listen my iPod Shuffle music in the job car, a Smart ForTwo. As it isn't my car I'm not allowed to change the stereo so I choose this option and I was OK, cheap and useful!

Pros: it is very easy to use you can listen to your mp3s in the car without an internal mp3 player cassette looks nice cable is very long (in case you need a long cable) great quality

Cons: my damn car enables the radio each time there is a announcement and it is not possible to disable it (unless you pick up a non uses frequency for the radio)

Other: if your car has no mp3 player and you do not want to buy one buy this. it is a really great deal

Pros: great quality for the money. Deifinitely worth buying verses the name brand in the local stores.

Cons: would be nice if it was offered in black but that's not a major problem.

Other: Way better sound than the Sony cassette adapter I bought at Target.

Pros: It works great! I use it all the time for my iPod.

Cons: You can hear the clicking sound of the tape going and you have to make sure its plugged in tight or else it echoes.

Other: It's worth the price and does the job :)

Pros: - Perfect if you have a car stereo that is designed for you car and it doesn't have an aux input or MP3 capabilities.
- Sound is really good. Not CD quality but a lot better than using an FM transmitter.
- I've got a portable handfree cable to my mobile phone with detachable earphones so I can also use this for my mobile phone. The fact that my mobile phone works as a really good mp3 player and takes M2 cards doesn't make the situation worse. And if I get an incoming call I can just let it through and use the stereo as a handsfree device.
- Easy to use... No buttons, no controls, just a 3.5mm plug.

Cons: - I was disappointed at the sound quality at first until I realized that I needed to give the adapter an extra push to fit correctly in the cassette player. Once correctly seated it sounds really good.
- It's white, the cable is white... I would have prefered a more discrete color like black or gray.

Other: Can't go wrong with this one.

Pros: -sounds great, even the bass is good!
-cheap! all I could find retail or on ebay were around 10 bux without shipping! and DX is free shipping and no tax! cant beat that!
-easy to use, hook up my crap, hit play, and turn on the tape player.
-I'm using this in my car and I leave it in there all the time even though its HOT here , around 100's in the summer, but this thing is still working great!
-Have used this with ipod, mp3 player, DS, phone, and more it all works great!
-wire is nice and long, if you want to keep the device hooked up out of sight.

Other: -if you got a casset player if your car and you want to play some GOOD music just get this, atleast people wont bother to break into your car to jack your 100 $ CD player.

Pros: Great cheap adapter with great sound quality. So easy to use, just stick it in the cassette player and plug the jack into whatever you want to get your music from. My wife uses it in her car with her MP3 player and she is very happy with it.

Cons: No cons as far as we are concerned, has been working well.

Other: If you are after a cheap way to play music through a cassette head unit in your car like we are this is a good choice. We recommend it, another great deal from dealextreme!
