Pros: It has a nice stainless steel finish, fits well in the hand.Change the lanyard position holes and it can tailstand.GITD clicky and O rings. Has mode memory,is real SOS not sososos. 5 modes work. All 3 constant H,M,L and fast strobe and SOS It is waterproof
Cons: Threaded length is very short, hard to assemble due to this. Also for the same reason will be very easy to cross thread. Not very brite, even though I expected to lose some output using AA instead of 14500's this is not very brite at all.My ITP A3 EOS AAA puts out as much light as this and it's only rated at 80 lumens. This was rated at 220,so looks like not even 1/2 that on AA.
Other: Looks like an expensive flashlight, but does not perform like one. I would not buy one again.

Pros: Great little light, fits your hand nicely, looks extremely well finished. Relatively bright.
Cons: Not 220 lumens on AA battery. Only slightly brighter than my Mini Mag 2AA LED.
Other: Overall I love it. Perfect for putting in your pocket and plenty bright for most applications.

Pros: Nice stainless steel flashlight.
Pretty good build quality for the price.
Mine is definitely a Cree XP-E.
Makes good contact. No battery rattle at all.
Looks very nice to me.
Cons: None. Shiny polished finish would have been nice.
Other: There are a number of single AA stainless steel flashlights here of various prices. I think that this one is one of the better ones considering price and quality. I think that the quality is much better than the anodized Ultrafire C3s, for very little extra money.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: - Cheap for a stainless steel LED flashlight - Still reasonably good - Spring puts less force on switch, so I expect less contact issues - No cree rings - A bit more yellow (warm) light - No short delay like the Ultrafire had
Cons: Comparing with Ultrafire ss C3 sku.26122: - Considerably less bright (on NiMH batteries) - Parts do not fit together very well - Short threads, and had to remove loose hanging part of thread - Skimped on strength: 65,5g where 82g was advertized. This is also 7,5g less than the Ultrafire - 4mm longer
Other: A bit of a disappointment, primarily because of the much lesser brightness, where more was promised, and the noticeably worse build quality
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Great price for a stainless steel flashlight.
Nice size for everyday carry (EDC)...stainless should last a long time.
Emitter was centered well and threw a nice smooth beam from spot to spill...no cree rings on mine.
Tint was nice and white.
Definitely a XPE Cree led.
Very dim and useful low mode.
Bright enough for most task and modes are well spaced.
O-rings in all the right places.
Thick glass lens and stippled OP reflector.
Cons: Build quality is disappointing...
Head diameter was slightly bigger than the body.
Tailcap was made deeper than the Ultrafire C3 SS to accomodate tailstanding but it actually makes it a bit harder to depress the tailcap button since it's recessed deeper.
Threads were rough and dirty.
Very short threads on the head...took about 1 or 1.5 turns to screw it all the way down.
Tailcap has sufficient thread.
Dimmer than Ultrafire C3 SS (5-mode Q5).
Mushy tailcap...even after tightening the clicky module.
Other: A great light for the price and the addition of a very low, low-mode and smooth beam makes it quite useful. Modes are well spaced out...not a bad buy.

Pros: Very bright light, well built, convenient operation, low cost. The stainless steel body will not corrode like the many aluminum flashlights, which leads to bad contacts and flickering lights.
Cons: A little heavy and bulky, but not a major con. I didn't have any of the production issues that others talked about; maybe I got lucky.
Other: This is great little light with good construction, high output, and simple operation. I have not yet tested its waterproofness, but that can wait. I plan to get a couple more for my cars.

Pros: Very bright, low cost, easy to use switch. Stainless body will not corrode like the aluminum bodies, so connection will not deteriorate like those lights.
Cons: Maybe a little heavy and bulky, but not a major con.
Other: I plan on buying a few more to put in my cars to replace the old D-cell flash lights.

Pros: Very good flashlight for the price. Could be very good gift for virtually any man :-)
It works great with Alkaline AA battery and moreover it works fine with 1.2V NiMh battery.
Build quality is very good. Stainless steel body rocks!
Cons: One minor bad thing about this light is quality of threads. Threads are OK but not so smooth and tight as one would expect looking at the very good body finish.
Other: I'll probably buy more of this as a gifts.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Has mode memory which works great and is very usefull.
Just as bright as you would think, in other words " bright enough"
Strap is well built (glued).
Good looking.
Nice body structure, feels very good.
Dissipates heat very efficiently.
Cons: Debris in tailcap = contact problems.
Heats up very soon, which is of course normal.
The LED brass pill cannot be disassembled (at least easily). So that is a huge con, incase the wiring fails, you just cannot fix it as easily as with other similar flashlights (the holes in the brass pill where you insert pliers or tweezers to open it are soldered shut, or maybe there even isnt those holes).
Does not work well with AA alkaline battery.
Other: If you looking for a good looking, nice feeling bright flashlight with mode memory, using 14500 battery and dont care about not being able to disassembly the LED, this one is for you.
There are some 1 mode flashlights a buck cheaper but still, hard to beat this price with a multi mode flashlight.
