Pros: This basic design camping pad is easy to use. Twist open the valve and the inner sponge material will slowly self inflate. You can help it along with a few breaths of air but be careful not to over inflate. It also comes with repair patches and glue as a bonus. The storage bag is small enough to easily fit into a backpack yet is large enough to easily fit the camping pad back in without a fuss. It also has a wide elastic band to help keep it rolled up, which you can see as a black band in the photos. Good build quality and comfortable to lay on.

Cons: If you look at the photo where it is unrolled you will see some dots in the inner foam. These are holes that go all the way through the foam. This means that this pad is not very suitable for cold winter conditions as the thermal insulation value is not the best, but it also means that it breathes well for hotter climates. It is fine for summer use.

Other: For a general camping pad this is well worth the price. I am quite tall and this fit me well, was easy to set up, and is far cheaper than what I could find locally. I would not use it in the winter but I bought it to use in Africa and Borneo so it will be perfect for those hotter climates.
