Automatic Dumpling/Gyoza Press Maker (7.6cm Diameter Sized)

Simple to use simply lay down an the gyoza paper and place the desired filling in it. then press closed. Use water or beaten egg yolks on the rim of the gyoza to ensure it closes properly.

Cons: made of very flimsy plastic
I imagine it will break after quite a few uses. Good thing I bought 3 of them.

Other: Good for the price and it makes things a lot faster if you want to get dinner done faster!

Pros: It helps me make wonton sooo much faster, and all of my wonton looks excatly a like...it's like it came from the store...I made 200 wonton in less than 3 hours usually it takes me the whole day to make wontons

Cons: When you push it for the shaping of the wonton really hurts my hands because the sharp edge it has on the product, and the build feels like it's going to break after a while after you use it...

Other: It's a buy for those who likes to make wonton but can never put them together yourself and for this price you really can't go wrong

Cons: The bottom side (when dumpling press is open) could have been flat so that there is no edge that would press against your palms of fingers when using the dumpling press.

Other: You cannot go wrong on this one if you have a use for this tool. Just buy more since it is so easy to use that kids would probably help in making the dumplings.

Pros: Simple and easy to use. It's nothing more than it should be. It works fine and takes a lot of work out of making (in my case) hand made-ravioli.

Cons: It's not well build. You should buy more than one if you are willing to use it more often. It's simply cheap plastic and nothing more than that. Mine wasn't produced nicely so I had to get rid of some extra plastic that was on the handle.

Other: It works, the price could be a bit cheaper because of the bad quality and you should buy more than one. But if you'll get it, it should give you a smile on your face :D

Pros: I can use it to make dumplings, pot stickers, cute little pie desserts, peanut butter n jelly pods (the kids love em). Contrary to what other people have said I think that it will hold up just fine. I had 4 different people coming around and making their own Pot Stickers and they were being kinds rough with it and it held up just fine.

Cons: None really, the build quality could be a bit better, but it seemed sturdy enough.

Other: Buy three or four and let the kinds make their own little fruit pies.

Cons: - The structure is weak
- The nobs that you are supposed to use for apply pressaure to press together the gyosas is to weak, did never use them because it felt like they were going to break then. And when you can't use the nobs your hands ain't going to thank you after a couple of hundreds gyosas...

Other: - With the price so low it feels like you got more than you paid for actually...
- Even though the knobs felt like they were going to brake, its so cheap that you can buy two and have one for reserve.
- Speeds up gyosasmaking.
- My husband are thinking of try to use it for making tortellinis :-)

Pros: - This is a very easy and fun tool to make dumplings in minimal effort.
- For children this is a must have tool as it eases the process of packing the dumplings and makes it easy not only for children but also for adults who does not have any idea on how to make dumplings.

Cons: - The plastic seems little thin and if i press a little hard, it might just break
- Sometimes the wrapper gets stuck into the hinge but that's just the lack of proper technique to wrap it up

Other: This is a must have tool for the people who love to make and eat dumplings and for those who have children in their home. This will keep children busy and at the same time will learn new technique to make dumplings.

Pros: Makes dumplings/gyozas/wontons quickly and easily; the serrated "teeth" seals the edges firmly and securely

Cons: As other reviewers have noted, the "knobs" are so weak and flimsy as to be useless

Other: Was very pleasantly surprised by how useful this ultra-cheap kitchen gadget has turned out to be. If *I* can make edible wontons, *anyone* can !

Cons: * pretty cheaply made, though for the price you can buy several so it doesn't matter * if you use gyoza skins you have to line it up just right or it gets kind of stuck and doesn't work

Pros: Good price. Very useful, works great. Easy to clean.

Cons: seems a little fragile, might break after using it a few times (mine is still intact though), No instructions (none are needed, but it's always nice when things have instructions).

Other: A great buy, specially because of the low price. Allows making dumplings with varied and abundant fillings. I would advice buying two, in case one of them works (not a problem, since they are very cheap).
