Automatic Knife Maintenance and Sharpener with Mountable Stand

Pros: It does sharpen your knives, if you know how to do it.

Cons: The built quality is very bad. When it arrived one side of it was dented and therefore not useable. It looks like a toy, maybe even worse, so you can't have it in your kitchen, but have to hide it in a drawer.

Other: It's not worth the money. It shouldn't cost more than 1$. There is another knife sharpener available on site, without a stand. I strongly recommend to get this one instead, although there sure are better options available in the local mall or store. As mentioned before, it looks cheaper than it really is and it arrived dented. Bottomline is it works. It sharpened all my knives pretty well. I wanted to have something better built and better looking, so I went to the store the next day and bought a similar device, with the attributes I looked for.

Pros: the sharpening stone is really good for this price, the stand comes with double sided tape so you can stick it to your working surface. this is great for someone who needs to sharpen his knives and other tools, but doesn't want to spend a lot of money on expensive sharpening stones. the plastic is quite durable and thick, so hopefully it won't break or dent during shipment and use.

Cons: build quality is really crappy - a bunch of plastic...well you get what you paid for the color is really ugly, you can spraypaint over the plastic and it will stay there - thats what i did

Other: if you need one buy it! if you want a quality one - look for something more expensive!

Pros: good product to have lying around the kitchen. I recommend to not use it on expensive knives but rather the cheap professional grade knives. Tried it on my Sanelli Chef knife wish is a galvanized steel blade, did not bring that much of the edge back.

Cons: cheaply build but sturdy
stone on poor quality, will not last long

Other: this product can be handy around the house and while hunting of fishing. Just don't expect a professional knife sharpening finition...AND REMEMBER...to always use the rat tail ounce your done passing the knife to the stone to get the ''fil'' back on the knife...cheers!!!
