Pros: cheap, easy to use, easy controls.

Cons: creates a little echo for high volume use

Other: (i think) its a cheap and temporary (or maybe a backup) solution.

Pros: Good hearing device, it as button on/off , not all of the kind have one, sound quality is great, it already comes with 2 very good bateries, and the box where the device is store is very nice and safe, and one batterie least for 2 weeks, what is absolutly amazing compared to other devices alike

Cons: the only con is the size of the device, instructions not very clear,

Other: if you need a device with quality and dont worry about the size of the device, this is just what you need.

Pros: Comes in a nice box with ear plugs of various size to help with the a good fit.
Ear piece spins for either side of the head.

Cons: Feedback and size.
It seems as if the ear piece doesn't fit in the ear correctly there's feedback at the higher levels.
The "cord" is seems a bit short on the various members of the family that have tried to get this to work as we expect it just doesn't fit correctly.

Other: If we hold it to the side of the head and set the level to something that doesn't create feedback it works as well.

Pros: This is an excellent product!
As with all hearing aids, how well this works for you depends on the type of hearing loss you have. If you have mild to moderate hearing loss (usually without deep nerve damage) or are basically just hard of hearing, this is an excellent product.
The tiny hearing aids that you see advertisements for in magazines and websites that go inside your ear are garbage. If you want a good, functional hearing aid, you're best off getting a hearing aid with a speaker/receiver/amplifier that goes behind your ear with the mold going inside.
When I was a child some 20 years ago, my hearing aids were basically the same thing as this and cost 600 USD per ear piece! This is an unbelievable price for a great product.
It uses a standard hearing aid battery and the battery lasts a very decent time.

Cons: This hearing aid comes with 3 different molds for your ear and the molds are like an earplug. In other words, there's a decent chance that the mold won't fit your ear exactly, which would also cause feedback.
However, there are several solutions to this. In America, you could always go to an ear doctor and have them make you a new mold. They would make a mold that fits your ear exactly. I don't know how much it would cost though, is the only thing.
There are places where you could buy standard ear molds for cheap.

Other: I picked these up for my grandmother who uses them. I will be ordering two for my mother who is starting to lose her hearing.
I've already suggested this hearing aid to my ear doctor as a cheap alternative for patients without healthcare.

Pros: Cheap

Cons: It's a comparably large hearing aid

Other: If you don't mind the size or just want a replacement to use around the house this is a good choice

Pros: I purchased this hearing aid for a relative who is quite hard of hearing but is still able to use an air-conductive type of aid. I also wear a hearing aid in one ear due to chronic exposure type damage (machinery noise) so I know what to expect from a hearing aid myself. I purchased this one for her due to it's small size - the fact that it basically fits inside the ear - and the AG13 battery requirement. AG13 batteries sell at our local "dollar discount" chain store at the amazing price of 8 for $1.00 USD. This makes the unit very affordable to use all of the time! I have also purchased each of the other hearing aids that DX has to offer and compared them to find the best quality/best frequency response. The batteries last 2 to 3 days during constant use (tested with alkaline batteries) NOTE: Zinc Air (A312 type batteries) or Silver Oxide (386S type batteries) will give longer service life - I have not conducted lifespan tests using these types of batteries yet. Please note: The total gain/output of this device is rated @ 130 dB...

Cons: Nothing bad to say (see my other reviews) we purchased and compared DX's available hearing aids and continue to evaluate them...

Other: Buy several of these - you will thank yourself and anyone who wears them will thank you too! This is really a great product. I priced these hearing aids (the exact make and model) for over 10 times the cost elsewhere. The small size fits the ear well and does not interfere with daily activities. My mother in-law has owned several "professional" (E.g.; fitted and digitally filtered/programable) hearing aids and she really does prefer this prefer this (and other air conductive aids bought from DX) over any of them - strongly advised to buy this item - one heck of a great device!

Pros: Simple design and controls.

Earpiece/speaker is replaceable. There are two tiny pins that connect the amplifier to the speaker part and the speaker part is removable. Perhaps I can have a local hearing aid place fit a custom ear piece.

Cons: Ear piece is not as comfortable as a custom mold.

Other: Simple / cheap / good unit so far. I bought two to have a spare/backup in case of failure.

Other: Give it a try. Excellent performance for a very low price. Much better than you would expect.

Pros: its cheap...

Cons: This is what my grandma had to say about it: Unfortunately hisses constantly and amplifies too much background noise so like if you drop something on the bench she jumps out of her skin or cutting bread sounds like sawing wood , when walking pant legs rubbing quite loud and then when talking you can have a conversation with yourself. So it seems we need to find one with a sound processor & directional mic.

Other: give it a go.. other people seem to like it. grandma didn't enjoy the experience at all.

Pros: Very very powerful Its very easy to use and it is really cheap (normally a similar would cost like $400 or even more) Has on/off switch which is pretty good to save batteries You can use it on any ear.

Cons: No carring case

Other: It is cheap... but well build. If you need such device and dont have money to spend, dont hesitate. Buy it and wont be regret
