Axon Hearing Aid (X-136)

Pros: Powerful but controllable amplifier. Large size, so elderly persons can adjust without having to fumble at tiny controls.

Cons: Very visible - certainly not a hidden hearing aid. Would be much safer (but vastly more expensive) to have a qualified audiometrist/audiologist perform a full hearing test and prescribe a hearing aid.

Other: It's certainly a worthwile purchase to test whether a person suffering from hearing loss may benefit from an amplifier, but a full hearing test would be very advisable.

Pros: It is work really! I didn't expected for that price. There are many models like this but they are usefulness due to very bad filter, that means you hear every noise but speak. With this model you can hear speak and tv clear. No echoes and no noise.

Cons: Just two things - first of all, this model should be attached to your clothing and this causes noises during motion. Also on switch is little difficult for elder people, because there are 3 positions, off/H/S. I wish there is separate switch for turning on/off and separate for modes.

Other: Nice product for that price. You can hardly find useful hearing aid for this price, there are many amplifiers but all of them are usefulness due to bad voice filter.
