Pros: It makes high tone, easy to hear in the street
Cons: It come already broken - the compass was badly glued so it come in two pieces - the bell and the compass. It is quite dissapointing to reacive brand new good in more pieces. OK we all kno how it works here but this is really bad glued, it doenst stick the ball to its place and residual glue is allover the bell
Other: All this piece of crap is too expensive: the build quality is very very low

Pros: Even though the compass is only stable when the bike is standing still, it is absolutely reasonably accurate. The bell gives a good enough "pling", and the fastening to the bicycle seems to be OK.
Cons: The compass globe is only fastened to the rest of the bell by some melting glue, this is probably done to give it some kind of damping so the bell will sound clear. But this means the compass part is prone to get loose, on two of the three I ordered the compass was loose... I tried to use contact glue but this only dissolved the plastic center of the bell and made the thing fall apart. I will try to fix this with a screw, but I don't expect to get a clear "pling" out of this after such a repair.
Other: Would be a fine item if only they could find a better solution to fastening the compass than the melting glue...

Pros: It looks nice and the sound is loud. When I first got it, the compass function worked properly.
Cons: When it first arrived, either the compass ball was detached or it came out should after I handled it. I glued it back and it works. When it first arrived, the air bubble at the top was very small, similar to the one in the picture. However, 7 months after I first got it, I tried to use it again and realized that the air bubble have increased in size to maybe 1.5-2cm diameter. This seriously impedes the free movement of the compass and it doesn't automatically move to point in the correct direction. It's now totally useless as a compass. It appears that the sealing of the two hemispheres of the compass is waterproof, but not "water vapour" proof. Otherwise water wouldn't have evaporated. Note that I didn't fix this bell to my bicycle as I sold it (bike) shortly after I got it, so it wasn't subjected to the elements resulting in this outcome. I just put it in my room near my wallet.
Other: It could just be that my batch is leaky. You may have better luck.

Pros: It works, and it seems pretty nice. I haven't experienced the problems other reports here (compass ball coming lose, liquid inside vaporing away), but then again I haven't been using it a lot yet.
Cons: I thought of it, but only after ordering it - would it show the correct bearing after mounting it on the bike? The answer seems to be "no" ... the compass is aligning itself after the handlebar, north is pointing to the left and south to the right no matter how I position the bike.
Other: It looked very nice, and seemed like a good idea ... but I wouldn't recommend buying it, unless your bike is made from some non-magnetic material ...

Pros: The bell is really loud and has a nice echo.
It mounts perfectly onto all cycles.
The directions are very clearly mentioned.
At times the compass can be very usefull.
you can make out if youre going uphill or downhill as the ball moves its direction
Cons: There is a tiny air bubble in the compass.
The compass isnt very good as it is affected the by metal handle around it.
The part which hits the bell is a little loose.
Other: If your cycles falls too much this might not be a very good thing to buy as its made out of simple plastic.

Pros: The bell has a nice loud sound and fits perfectly on my Mountainbike. The compass shows me the direction i'm riding very well. I saw a little air bubble, but until now it does not make any sense. The compass is a handy thing when you do not know the way in the woods. You won't be driving circles anymore.
Cons: It has a compass but is not a navigation. If you want to navigate, you'll have to buy something else.
Other: I don't mind the compass but it shure is a nice feature which comes along.
