Blow Sensitive Digital LED Candle with Stand - Can Be "Blown Out"

Pros: Fantastic item, the Candle is encased in hard plastic which gives a very realistic frosted glass effect. The candle changes colours smoothly and gradually to create a rainbow effect, very tranquil and relaxing. It can be 'blown out' or 'tapped out' with you hand, and if careful above it, it can even be 'clappout out', all these techniques can also turn it back on - making it a lot of fun. The candle works, I believe, by either Magic, or by a sound sensor which detects short sharp sounds - like blowing onto a mike.

Cons: No manual, cheap looking packaging.

Other: An excellent investment, and really good value for money.

Pros: The price for this little candle is pretty middle of the road. If I buy more, I would hope the discount comes in hefty. I knew what I was getting- a blow out candle. So, this does do this well. You can blow it out, tap it or throw it against the wall because it won't turn out. You can also turn it on that way. Comes in a pretty nice blister package. According to the package, it works on 'magic.' Well, I am not David Copperfield, but I am pretty sure it works on the included batteries.

Cons: The holder is a ugly plastic. Does not flicker. Don't get near kids! Too many small parts.

Other: If you set your sight to 'medium,' you will be happy. Don't get me wrong- this is a cool little toy. Mostly for girls, but still. Thanks, DX!

Pros: - Good pricing - Interesting that it changes colors, only thought that it would come in 1 color and stay the same, but this is pretty cool. - Makes an interesting atmosphere in the room

Cons: - It turns off too easily from a little shake, sometimes just when I put the thing down on a surface it already turns on and off because of the extremely sensitive sensor. It would've been better if the only way to turn it off was to blow in while shaking it just turns it on (which I thought from the description) but with the shaking to turn it off as well it gets a little bit annoying.

Other: - Still a great item to get, but a few small improvements would be nice.

Pros: + Great decorative gadget;

+ You can really blow it and it will turn off;
+ The stand makes the light and the effect more beautiful;
+ Batteries seems to last for long time;

Cons: - It is easy to turn it off when inside of the stand (if you hit the stand it will turn off/on);
- The candle itself has a cheap look;

Other: It's a good deal if you want to give a different look for a place. I'm a DJ, so when I play at parties, I usually take this and put on my table, near the equipment. It gives a nice look-and-feel and I can even read using it if I want to search for a song. There can me many many different ways for using this candle. That was mine...

Pros: Pretty cool looking. Neat idea to blow out the light (sound activated). Batteries are replaceable. Seems to be built well.

Cons: Hard to blow light out. It would be nice to have the light stay on a solid color, maybe have it switch modes after each "blow out". Batteries do not last very long (might have come with old batteries). I got about 2 hours out of it.

Other: If you don't mind it switching colors every few seconds, you will enjoy this fake candle. The fact that it will turn off when blowing on it makes it even cooler.

Pros: - Cheap.
- A nice present for Christmas parties.
- Looks a lot more expensive than it actually is.
- Colourful, cycles through the different colours of the LED by itself.

Cons: - Sometimes you have to blow a bit hard to turn it on or off.
- The candle itself (not the whole thing) doesn't look very expensive, which it's not anyway so not really a con.
- The sensor placement isn't the best, turns on/off at the wrong time sometimes.

Other: I've seen people use this at high-class-ish restaurants, looks very nice, increases the atmosphere of the room easily.

Pros: I loved it.
The fake glass looks really nice.
The color changes very smoothly and provides a cool mood.
Very fun to blow it on and off.
Kids get amazed.

Cons: You can't keep the colors from changing.
The "candle" itself looks too fragile.
It could be bigger.

Other: If you like it on the pics buy it, they look great. The user video on the product page does not show how nice the candle is.
Just keep in mind it is smaller than it looks.

Pros: It glows really pretty soft colors and isn't obnoxious at all. The stand is really just a hollow frosted plastic tube but it still looks nice.

Cons: It's really sensitive so little shakes on the desk can set it off. As a result of this, the batteries died pretty quickly. Make sure to put it somewhere that doesn't shake if you want to save that battery or buy some spares

Other: Very amusing when you're bored but be careful about draining the battery!

Pros: Certainly puts out a very beautiful display of changing colors.
"Flame" is bright and clearly visible during the daytime.

Cons: A little bit overly-sensitive as other reviews state, but nothing that can't be dealt with.

Other: I'll be buying more of these. They are just beautiful and fairly bright. I like the blow-on/off feature. I'll probably find a few good uses for this, but as with any decoration there's only so much you can do.
Just buy it. It's cheap and pretty and adds an excellent ambiance to any room.
