Cable Stripper (4-Sizes)

Pros: Very cheap, these things cost around 30+ euro in Ireland. Very useful for working in communications / AV when a lot of coaxial cable is used.

Cons: The internal blades are a little close, still enough for a useful connection but could leave a bit for safety...

Other: I wouldn't even try to run lengths of coax cable without one of these... worth its weight in gold!

Pros: Affordable. Most local suppliers charge an arm and a leg for cabling equipment like this. Sharp blades score PVC cladding easily. Very quick and handy. Sturdy, yet lighter and more portable than the metal Y-head variety.

Cons: Can't really think of any. It does exactly what it is supposed to do.

Pros: This is really a great tool for stripping coaxial cables. Just insert cable, press en turn around and your cable is ready! With the orange insert, which you can rotate, you can choose between size 6, 8, 9 and D. So a really versatile tool.

Cons: This device is so great, if you lend them out you won't get it back!

Other: At a price you can't beat, get this item fast. It is worth every cent and it even a good idea to buy 2 of these ones so you always have one available.

Pros: This is a product i didn`t even know that was to find in the work. i just want to say thatnk dealextrem for this wonderful product. It so easy. You just put the cable in and wrist it a couple of times and then ist done. Much better than the knufe i used last time. You can cut yourselfe with a knife and it could be not perfect. the cable stipper her is so much better and a tip from me is.. dont borrow it away, it may get stolen

Pros: This stripper is the most useful tool if you are installing many coax connectors. Cheap and very easy to use. It takes seconds to prepare your cable for termination.

Cons: I dropped a mark on ease of use because to be honest it is a bit fiddly to adjust. If you are working with multiple types of cable you should consider getting more than one of these.

Other: If you are doing many terminations this is a must have tool. Once adjusted for the cable you are working with preparation is a snap.

Pros: A nice model of a cable stripper. Can be used not only with coax cable, but with "usual" one-wire too. The blades seem to be sharp, cutting even the toughest insulation.

Cons: Is not very useful with thin wire - I have to work with Russian-made ShGES (????) cable, which is 4 thin coaxes combined, and with a very tough insulation. Even with the thinnest setup available, I can only cut external insulation. Well, any way it is easier than stripping this wire with a knife.
Did not understand how to adjust the width between blades - but the default setup suits my needs.

Cons: The system of blade adjustment, wine with a screw is loosened and often failed. There is a standard Allen screw so it makes replacement difficult. The same can be used.
