Camera Body Cap and Rear Lens Cap for Nikon

Pros: Lens Cap works perfect and is perfectly secure. Body cap has the exact center marked off (perfect for pinhole location)

Cons: Body cap won't screw on unless extreme pressure is given, and causes risk to the camera.

Other: Good lens cap, bad body cap. I will be using the body cap for a pinhole, as I can minimally attach it to the body for pinhole, which is all I desire.

Pros: The rear lens cap works perfectly. Fits onto the lens smoothly and has a good grip on the mount. It won't come off in your camera bag I'm certain (though I haven't ascertained how dustproof the cap is). They even say Nikon on the cap (in non-OEM font).

Cons: The body cap is very tight (as another reviewer has stated). It will fit without problems though - you may need to use some force to take it off.

Other: Good rear lens cap and a usable body cap.

Pros: It's well built, doesn't look cheap and its very useful! the lens cap fits like the original one. It's written 'NIKON' on both caps just like the original, only with a very close look you can find which one is the original and which is the parallel.

Cons: The body cap fits a little bit too tight. But that's all.

Other: It's a cheap option to never let the camera's body and the lenses uncovered.

Pros: The lens rear cap fits well and is made of good quality plastic. The 'Nikon' logo appears on both the front and rear caps and looks somewhat authentic.

Cons: As other reviewers have mentioned the body cap fits very tightly and requires some force to attach to the camera. If you apply enough force as you turn the body cap it does seem to fit properly, but this cap might cause damage to the Nikon F-Mount on your camera if you use it repeatedly or with too much force.

Other: The price for this item is significantly cheaper than the original Nikon product, and the body cap might make a usable pinhole lens as other users here have suggested. In the country where I live an original Nikon lens rear cap costs approximately US$3.50 so I still consider this item a decent value, regardless of the build quality of the body cap.

Pros: The two of these are a great value. The rear lens cap is snug and very comparable to Nikon. The body cap is fair. They even say Nikon on them!

Cons: The body cap is very hard to put on. I do not want to try so hard and end up damaging the camera. I think it needs to be reworked. I can manage to get it on without too much force, but then it pops off with the slightest touch.

Other: Great items, amazing price. The rear cap is a steal. These things are 3 or 4 times the price at a camera shop! Even if you just want a rear cap, buy it, and keep the body cap for a back up.

Pros: Tight fit - it works. If it was oversized, it would be useless.

Cons: Tight fit - although it fits, one has to force it to grip tighter. The rear lens fits satisfactorily but the camera cap is a bit on the 'imperfect fit' side. I am too thrilled about forcing the thread further into the camera body to get a better fit.

Other: It works to a certain degree. I bought this set for the camera cap but I am not too keen on using it. The rear lens cap is fine, though.

Pros: Cheap rear lens cap to replace the white cover that Nikon includes in their lens. For the price of the lens they should include a rear cap but they don't.

Cons: You can feel the difference in the plastic vs the Nikon. This doesn't feel as solid.

Other: If you need more rear lens cap then I would look into these, since it comes with the body cover. You have a spare if you ever lose that. Since it was so cheap I bought a few extra for spares or when I buy lens that don't come with it.

Pros: Cheap useful widget which can cost up to 10 times as much bought locally.
Get a few to keep as spares or use the body cap to make a pinhole camera!

Cons: Seem cheaply made low grade materials, but does it's job, keep the dust and dirt out.

Other: Order a few and never be without a cap again!
For this price you should not even think about it.

Pros: Can't beat the price, but you get what you pay for. They work just fine on my Nikon D60.

Cons: Plastic and build is cheap, doesn't fit the best, but since the mount on your camera is metal it won't hurt nothing, as long as you're sure you don't get plastic inside your camera. This has not been an issue for me but it's a consideration.

Other: Worth the money if you're too cheap to buy nikon oem. as long as you get something! stop procrastinating! protect your equipment!

Pros: The body cap fits my Nikon cameras perfectly. I have many old manual cameras that I bought used, and didnt have caps. This is very cheap compared to original, and the best part is they look just like the original. It will definitely help in keeping out dust.
The rear lens cap also fits very well on the f-mount lenses.

Other: These are so good I have put in more orders. I no longer have to worry about losing any caps.
Buy more to stock up. Get a discount when you buy in bulk and you never have to worry about losing a lens cap any more.
