Camera Connection Kit + Card Reader with Extension Cable for iPad/iPod/iPhone

Pros: Good device for the price. Works as expected.

Cons: After a while iPad says, that is insupported device, however it works without problem. The USB slot is not able to read date from the USB Flash stick. It's only port for device with external power supply (e.g. camera). The switch between USB slot and others slot on first look doesn't make sense (but it surelly becasue of external power suplly which is providing by connected device - to protect your device before damage by current from another device).

Other: If you want a cheap not genuine reader for importing photos into your iPad, that is what you will get.

Pros: * works as expected. * good value for money.

Cons: * Your Ipad will not always recognise this device straight away. * possible you need to continue your download because it has lost the connection (will pick up from where you left). * USB flash drives do not work because they consume to much power; did not try an external USB hard drive with ouw power supply.

Other: Does the real thing (of Apple) works better?

Pros: Good quality in this product, works well like it was planned to work!!! I use it a lot when travelling and taking photos. Really easy to backup photos and send those to my NAS hard drive!!

Cons: Not any so far.

Other: Better to have this than original one. Price for this product is really cheap. I would buy second one for my work ipad.

Pros: First of all the price! And it's easy to use.. If you only use it to upload photos, there is no need to jail-break. Works perfect with my New iPad (3th Gen).

Cons: none what so ever..

Other: Cheap, easy-to-use Camera connection kit. First make sure the swith is in the right setting, connect it to my iPad (3th Gen) and it recognises it without any pop-ups or anything. I will only use it to upload photos, so there is no need at all to jail break the iPad to work with this connection kit. Another good product offered by Deal Extreme! Love it!

Pros: Extremely cheap, works like a charm. The fact that you can connect USB devices (not the ones that need power though) is a nice bonus.

Cons: It is cheap and it feels cheap. The switch for selecting either memory card or US port feels VERY cheap, and is a bit hard to get at.

Other: Considering the price: buy it! Transferring pictures to the iPad is generally hell. With this its easy! At one tenth of the price for original part its a must buy!

Pros: It runs! It is only one adapter (not 2, as the originals) Lot cheaper than originals

Cons: Cheaper aspect, but it is not important at all if it runs... and it runs perfectly

Other: I'd buy again. The only I could think it could be better is if it could be used without the need of the switch where you select the operation mode (USB/card reader)

Pros: This is a good card and usb reader for iPad. I used it on an iPad 1 with no issues. It cannot use USB and Card at the same time, but then that would not be useful. I have tested it with both and it works great. Would highly recommend.

Cons: A bit cheaply built, but well worth the price I'd day.

Pros: It works on the first connection. It's really easy to use. I commend the supplied extension cable extends the value of the kit.

Other: As said really easy to use and throughout quality. Everything works normally. It's a good buy at an interesting price.

Pros: Easy to Use it was exactly what I was looking for and was cheaper than buying a genuine camera connector

Cons: The extension cable did not work when I connected it but the actual device did, I had other extension cables at home so this was not a concern to me. other than this there was no cons. The design of the proct feels cheap but that is because it was a cheap product

Cons: It does not works with iphone (4). Works only with an iPad. If you want to use it with iPhone (4), do not buy this one. I have also tried to connect USB stick, but it does not works, maybe because of sufficient power to ipad

Other: if you want to use it with iPad and SD card, just buy it, very nice product for a good price. The quality is not the best, but for this price it is ok.
