Pros: Power LED shows whether is it working. Selectable power supply [did not check to the original voltage] and interchangeable power adapters for different laptops. There is a fuse attached to prevent power surge.
Cons: Interchangeable adapters quite stiff and difficult to fit it in.
Other: It works on my Compaq Presario V3000. Consider of buying it if you have more than 1 different laptops. It is definitely much cheaper than original.

Pros: Light weight and runs cool with good ventilation slots. Well designed DC voltage selection switch prevents accidental movement.
Cons: Does not have the plug to match my Dell laptop.
Other: Just the thing to run your laptop in the car without bothering with an inverter and the laptop's power brick. Excellent price from DX.

Pros: - cheap
- works
Cons: I tried to use this on a Gateway Pentium 4 laptop. I kind of expected that it wouldn't power the laptop when powered on because it's such a power hog, but I tried it anyway because heck, it's about 1/5 the price of the cheapest product I could find with a power rating close to that of the 120V power supply that came with my laptop. Sure enough after a few minutes the power supply started to make a pathetic little bleating noise and felt warm to the touch. I guess even before the cooling fans kicked in by big ol' laptop was too much for it.
Other: worth the money, but make sure it fits your needs before you buy.

Pros: - Overall good build quality.
- Does charge my 14` Acer Extensa 4220 laptop, which came with 65W power adapter.
- Does charge Acer Aspire One netbook (original PSU has 30W)
- Dont gets very hot while working
- Costs twice as cheap as in local stores (that SKU is branded "HAMA" in Russia)
Cons: - Acer plug won`t work without some modifications. The center (+) pin ain`t got contact with the hole. Fixed this in one minute with a needle.
- Output voltage is 0.5-0,7V higher than expected (not a real cons, laptops easely hold +-1,5V than rated)
Other: Works as advertised. Absolutly usefull if your original laptops PSU rated 65W or less.

Pros: It worked on my Benq Joybook, it was easy to take out the little connectors, After i got the right one, i ran to my car and plugged it in to the cigarette thing, and the led behind the Volt viewer began to light Green. After that i inserted the connector to my laptop and BAM! It worked.
Cons: Cable little bit short, i can buy a extension cable to get it at the backseats!
Other: Really worth the money, but if you can never be sure it will be working on your laptop. So buying this is a small risk.

Pros: it looks fine. it works. i used it on my toshiba laptop and it worked right away. be sure to set the voltage to the right setting though, just to be safe. the price isnt really high but still.
Cons: the cable is kinda short. you would probably have to buy a extension cable to reach the back seat. unless you have a really small car :P.
Other: if you need one buy this one. it would probably cost a lot more if you would have to buy one in the store. i bought one for my other laptop for €35,- so.

Pros: - Can connect different types of notebooks, by changing the tip connector.
- Can select the voltage depending of your notebook energy requisites.
- More cheaper than other car notebook charger
Cons: - It heats a little bit but its not too important.
- The cable it's a little bit short of what i expected.
- Can't connect mac computers, doesn't have the tip for them ( I know that apple has a especial magnet tip so, this is not for mac, i was boy it for a Packard Bell EasyNote MX-52)
Other: - It looks a lot as a chinese product but it has a lot of utility when you travel on cars or trucks to have your notebook charged or simply use it ( you may to know that you may not to quit the battery because sometimes it lost a little bit the power, so the computer turn off, best connected and with the battery on the notebook)
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: - Ideal for exhaustive notebook users or work traveling
- You can use multiple notebooks and have only one adapter
- Selectable Voltage, so you can use almost any notebook
- The cable is really looong, so you can pull it even to the backseats
- Power cable is long also, you can just pop it inside the selve, rack, door or anywhere else
- The reduction connector system is pretty interesting. It certainly does work and can be a plus for some people
Cons: - Heats a little more than expected on some voltages, but it's still a 'ok'.
- The connection to the reduction can be a little tricky sometimes, pulling it off if pulling too much.. for most people this should be a pro
Other: Good little adapter with really loong cables. Which is extreme plus.

Pros: Easy to use-Cheaper Good for trips by car for work or watch films Facil de usar, considerablemente economico. Perfecto para viajantes en auto tanto para trabajar como para divertirse
Cons: Don´t work for HP notebooks (Last new series connectors) The pin is some fat than original connector El connector grande no sirve para notebooks HP, el pin interno es demasiado grueso y no entra
Other: I can't to use The internal pin is some fat than original connector What can I do ? Lamentablermente no me sirve, no puede usarse con Notebooks HP ni Dell
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: The product is well constructed and passes the confidence to use it. Choose the voltage you want and the plug and go! Plug it in making the ashtray of your car and get a power supply for various equipment. A great product for connecting notebooks which clients you work with taxi.
Cons: By the time I had no problems with the equipment.
Other: I recommend this product to everyone and friends.
