The car cigarette powered dual USB adapter is very useful and convenient to charge your devices in the car. The universal adapter can charge two USB devices at the same time. This adapter converts the car's cigarette lighter jack to become a powered USB port. It is compatible with iPod, Samsung P1000, iPhone, iPad, cellphone and other devices. You just connect the devices with USB adapter, and then you can charge your devices. This adapter is very useful to charge your devices in the car.

    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: Cheap, high power, WORKS with samsung galaxy tab in full power mode, most chargers don't work with galaxy tab because they need same resistant inside to work, or charging galaxy tab real slow, this one have solved that problem. One port is for charging galaxy tab, another is for all the rest.

    Cons: No real cons, white cower looks little cheap.

    Other: Buy this one if you have galaxy tab and original- replacment cable, or buy special cable (not original) here on DX with option to switch from data to charge

    Pros: Both ports work fine. They charge ipadso, iphones, galaxy tabs, galaxy s, other rechargeable mobile phones. Charges multiple devices simultaneously. Extra slim, so it doesn't protrude much from the socket. Build seems pretty solid, although it doesn't really cop much of a beating.

    Cons: None I can think of.

    Other: This its a great little device. Don't hesitate to buy one.

  • At last a car charger that works on my iPod 3g

    Pros: This charges my iPod touch 3g!!! At last a car USB charger that has the juice i need!, very small and lightweight, has an indicator light that tells you if its connected.

    Cons: None that i can think so, maybe the USB ports could be a bit more apart it had a bit more space to work, but still not an issue with 99% of USB cables

    Other: Totally worth it, the price is perfect.
