Pros: Well, I got one and it gives me a good mood when growing plants. There's nothing worse than suffering the slings and arrows of a painful neck when you are trying to grow plants. But seriously folks, save your money on Chiropractor visits, they're mostly quacks anyway. Don't risk your liver taking pills and potions every day to deal with the pain. The new Cervical Vertebrae Retractor is here, and it actually works. A bit. Fantastic for people with sore necks, or those who are simply envious of the graceful long necks of the women of the Karen hill tribes. Gold neck bracelets sold separately.

Cons: Having an inflatable medical device mailed to you in a plain white envelope marked "Led Flashlight" might raise a few eyebrows in customs. Ask the staff to add a note to your parcel saying "Swedish Enlargement Pumps are not my bag, baby." It worked for me.

Other: Buy one and you'll never look back. Or sideways. Or up and down if you use it too often. ;)

Pros: Works as described. 1/8 the price of alternative as seen on tv

Cons: the pump, and valve don't seem to be very refined, but it won't matter too much if they don't break.

Other: how long can you pump your neck?

Pros: Works as promised. Good skin feeling. Reliefs neck pain (just checked).

Cons: When the neck retractor itself looks and feels acceptable, the tubing, valve and pump made roughly and looks unreliable.

Other: Useful device. Mast have in every home.

Pros: fun toy, easy to use

Cons: the initial smell (plastic smell)

Other: it looks like a good toy for people who spend a lot of time in front of computers

Pros: It is VERY useful product.
Works like pumping bad for neck.
I bough it for situation where I have to spent lot of time in front of computer.
It's great stuff even for long travels with bus, car etc.

It's hard to return on original size after one pumping.

Pros: Ordered it based on previous reviews and I'm happy I did. Has a soft material covering which is comfortable. Has velcroe to hold in place. Quality seems to be reasonable. Pump is good and on mine you turn a small knob to deflate.

Cons: You can't lie down with it on and maybe just the vinyl smell, which should go after a while.

Other: If you need some firm but adjustable traction therapy for your neck it's worth the money.

Pros: It does what its supposed to do and it does relax your muscles around the neck. Very easy to use, don't really need much help from the instruction manual.

Cons: Extremely extremely bad smell of plastic its made of. Because it sits on your neck you can't help but breathe in the noxious fume its emitting. I honestly couldn't stand the smell for any more than a minute, so even though I liked the product, I have given it very little use.

Other: Definitely not recommended if you are highly sensitive to smells. If you are not one of those perhaps give it a try.

Pros: - It definitely helps relax the neck and I use it to help align my forward head posture with the rest of my body
- It feels like its made of a good quality material which is a big plus
- You can control how tight you would like the Retractor

Cons: - Smells kind of funky but after a while it starts to go away
- The material feels sort of uncomfortable but you really don't notice it after a couple of minutes
- It did not come with any good instruction such as which was its supposed to face, and as this is putting stress on your neck its important to know which way is forward

Other: It helps to relieve neck pain at a fraction of the price of a chiropractor

Pros: It keeps your neck straight. I sit behind a desk a lot so I tend to let my head hang down between my shoulders looking at a computer screen. If I use it about 15 mins a day I feel it helps release the tension a bit by stretching my neck properly and making me aware to keep a good posture.
Build quality is decent. When inflated it feels solid and supportive around the neck.
I had no issues with a strong smell. Yes there was a slight "new plastic" odor, but it is hardly noticable. I only mention it because other people have had very smelly ones.

Cons: I don't feel it's relaxing, but it fits comfortably and it is no torture wearing it.
Also it's not meant to be used as a neck pillow (like those airplane inflatable headrest ones) but as a health item, so as long as you use it for that purpose, I think it's a good buy.

Other: If you ask me it's worth the money. And does what I need it to do.

Pros: Excellent quality, comfortable. Very fast to inflate to proper pressure. Easy to install. You cannot move your head while using this. Doesn't smell too much new plastic.

Cons: None, except that it completely useless. May be the pump could be a bit more quality.

Other: If you are looking for this medical product or just want to try like me, this item is cheap, good quality and does want it is used to. Otherwise, I think it's a waste of money.
