Chic Chefs Horizontal Ceramic Peeler (Assorted Color)

Pros: - Sharp blade for easy peeling jobs. - Doesn't retain odours or stains (if washed properly)

Cons: - It's a little small. I'd recommend the other ceramic peeler sku instead as it has a wider stance. - The blade is easily pitted or nicked. It's only been two-three months or so and it's already quite damaged. (Still peels fine, though. They're very tiny nicks.)

Other: - Great tool for the kitchen, as long as you don't mind the potential reliability issue.

Pros: Pros:
-very solid feeling
-the keramic plate is smaal but it is functional
-when handled with caution, it will last forever.
-very easy to clean: put it in the dishwasher! It will not corrode (no metal parts)

Cons: Cons:
-it peels a bit too rough; my original peeler peeled finer slices...
-i can't think of anything more...

Other: Nice gadget, very useful and ideal for people with a dishwasher (metal peelers ALWAYS corrode)

Cons: Hard to sharpen (but who sharpens peelers) Unattractive design Not safe to use on tongue

Other: As good as the Kyocera it is modelled on, and cheap!

Pros: Very useful, easier to use than classic kinfe-shaped peelers. Ceramic is appropriated for this use because the fragile blade is protected from wear and scratches which makes ceramic knives not very interesting for a long term. It does not rusts, unlike steel peelers.

Cons: The ceramic blade isn't as sharp as my previous ceramic peeler, which was a quality one (although blade separated from the body after 1 year of usage). But it's sharp enough for peeling, and still better than steel peelers.

Other: At this price, i bought three of them, offered one to a friend and i might keep the second one just in case, or for massive peeling sessions ;) For my next order i'll buy 3 or 4 of them to offer. Great deal, I compared with similar products here (before buying, on pics) and they look like the best quality/price ratio !

Pros: Excellent ceramic peeler. Much better than metal blade peeler or regular knife (quite big chance to cut finger or so). It's simple to use and easy to clean. Doesn't need to sharpening, and it will not rust. Just perfect.

Cons: None so far, of course, it can be cheaper, although I don't think that this is not fair price!

Other: Buy it, you will not regret!

Pros: -the ceramic peeler peels everything like the steel peeler -it won`t rust cause its made of ceramic -its sharp -the quality is good and the non rust fact combined with the cheap price makes the peeler a good deal -you can wash it with salt because it wont rost

Cons: -it`s not that sharp as I thought... its exactly the same sharpness like the steelpeeler what I own... I thought the ceramic will glide much easier, but its exactly the same stuff.....

Other: it peels the things of... like a usual peeler nothing special

Pros: The product is very well built, looks strong, and in fact it is strong, cuts like a dream, don't rust or dirty, its very easy to wash and the grip es very good and secure.

Cons: There are absolutely no cons about this product.

Other: No second thoughts. Buy it if you need a great peeler. For this quality and price, won't get anywhere else.

Cons: Personally I do not like the package of the product. Ceramic is fragile... as this product does not come with a protective case or something like that you will have to find a nice place to keep it.

Other: The package is grumpy but the product is a very good one. If you like to spend some time in the kitchen cooking stuff I consider this kind of tool a "must have". And that thing we say about ceramic knifes... that there is no doubt at all that they worth the money... can also be told about this one.

Pros: Good blade, really impressed me; Makes a thin, stable and clean cut... Doesn't waste too much food, different from most peelers; nice blade movement range; really cheap! great price

Cons: The cable quality is awful. Hollow plastic that doesn't looks great. Didn't think that would be such poor cable.

Other: Well, if you want a good peeler that isn't that beautiful, or with a nice design, this is it! Nice cut and pretty easy to use it.

Pros: It cuts very, very nicely. It comes in handy. Good grip to the hand, soft but solid. Fast to peel a carrot (or anything peelable!) It turns widely It's easy to clean. Better than the steel one I own.

Cons: I wanted it BLACK! The package was very weak for a fragile ceramic product like this one. As long as it concerns to the product and its fuctionality, nothing to highlight.
