Chip Resetter for Epson Ink Jet Cartridges

Pros: Well, unfortunately I cannot use it anymore... It is still working, but now my printer is dead. So I have a resetter that doesn't work with the new epson printer, and I do not want to buy an old used one.

Cons: It takes some minutes to guess how use it properly. But once you have done it, well, it becomes simple.

Other: I think you have yet some stuff like this if you normally refill cartridges. If not, i thik you better make to start it in order to save very much money.

Pros: I bought this with dudes about the posibilty of reset my D88 cartridges... AND WORKS!!!
It workS at first attemp. So easy: only put in correct possition, press the cartridge and wait for green light.
I saved much money with this.

Funcionó al primer intento. Muy fácil: solo pon el cartucho el la posición correcta, presiona y espera la luz verde.
He ahorrado mucho dinero con este aparatito.

Cons: Not good adjust with the "L" plastic adaptor... Just only remove it and put the cartridge in possition manually.
Sometimes one connection pin not returns to the start position but no problem, it works.
No ajusta bien en cartucho con la L de plástico...
Solo quítala y pon el cartucho ajustando manualmente.
A veces un pin de conexión no vuelve a su posición de inicio pero funciona igualmente.

Pros: i have to be grateful - it saved my butt! i had ordered a couple of 3rd party ink cartridges for my epson photo 820, and when i tried to install them in the printer, the wouldn't recognize them, and voilá, chip resetter to the rescue!
it's a very handy little tool to have around.

Cons: - lousy packaging
- jingrish instructions (none really), they don't ell you, for instance, that the batteries are already installed, and the extra batteries taped to the packaging are just spares. but you eventually figure that out, AFTER you figure out how to open the battery hatch.
- poor build quality
- awkward design for battery replacement - it's less of a problem if you like puzzles, and have some spare time on your hands.
- unworkable "guide" for positioning ink cartridge, i finally took it off, and carefully held the cartridge's contacts over the pins "freehand". a bit challenging to do, unless you have good coordination and unusually steady hands, but it worked. eventually.

Other: i like my tools. for only a buck or two more, i would have preferred better plastics, brief but intelligible instructions, and a better-designed guide that works with real cartridges.
but this is still better than nothing if you need to reset a cartridge!

Pros: Works! And works fine with others cartridges not mentioned (T0631 series), I recommend to try, for this price worth very much!

Cons: Batteries don't last long, causing malfunction. To solve this problem, I connected a 4.5V power adapter. Problem solved.

Other: If you work with Epson printers maintenance, or just use an Epson, you MUST HAVE one. You know how the Epson drinks the ink during the head cleaning. Several times, one set of cartridges isn't enough to solve a clogged head problem. I recommend to use an AC Power Adapter as power source. The batteries are worthless, works for a few times and ends up.

Pros: -Worked on both original cardridges and compatibles for my Epson r200 printer. -Came with an extra set of batteries. -Easy to use, just push the chip of the cartridge against the pins and wait a few seconds.

Cons: -Hard to change the batteries since they are on the back of the circuit board.

Other: Great for refilling old Epson cartridges or to get a few more prints out of them. The chips of the cartridges are fully reset to zero prints and act like if they were new.
