    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: A good DVR, it does the job. Recording is very good during day time. Operation is simple and straight forward. Suction cup is good and strong, been mounted onto windshield, doesn't fall off. Not even once.

    Cons: Night time recording is not so good. Well, it does record but couldn't get the details. It is mainly because of the contrast is too high - the darkness and the head lights. You can see the car in front from the recording but you should never expect to see the license plate at night. The IR LED doesn't seem giving any help but I think all DVR are the same. As you are recording something at least 10-20 ft. away through the windshield, and the IR light can never go that far.

    Other: A good working DVR with a cheap price. Does an excellent job in day time, does an average job in night time.
