    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: They're playing cards and they have pictures of Chairman Mao on them. If you live in the U.S., that produces some raised eyebrows. I look at it as a chance to pick up what might be a nice souvenir without the need to travel halfway around the world to obtain it.

    Cons: My girlfriend thought I was kidding, then wanted to know what on earth I was thinking. I suspect she suspects I have given up my capitalistic ways and have gone over to the other side.

    Other: When the invasion happens, while you haul rocks and subsist on a diet of boiled cabbage, I may be spared if found playing solitaire with my deck of Chairman Mao cards.
