Pros: May not be the best for everybody because it only provides USB 1.1 support and not the faster USB 2.0 standard. This will slow down some of your devices that need fast transfer speeds.

Cons: Just keep in mind that this is best for your low speed devices. Try using it for the variety of USB - powered gadgets here at deal extreme. Not good for your iPod or for fast file transfer. Build quality may not be that good, but will suffice. Most things here fall into that category.

Other: Great deal as usual from deal extreme. The device works as well as expected. Just remember that you need to pay a bit more if you want to get a four-port USB hub for 2.0 USB devices.

Pros: Useful little hub i use it to charge usb devices without using my PC.
Illuminates to tell you whats connected.
Good size and seems to be made fairly well.
Installed automatically and told me it could perform faster in a USB 2.0 socket.

Cons: Need to use leads to connecter 4 things in one go.
Could come with more than one usb lead.

-Very compact, makes a good use of space, and when you plug it on a laptop, it gives you the sensation that you finally could "upgrade" the amount of USB ports. Also, is very portable
-No need of external power supply
-Is plug & play

Cons: -USB 1.1 only, so forget about connecting devices such as your webcam or a mouse; the transfer data speed drops down notoriously
-Sometimes (dunno why) my O.S. doesn't recognize it when I plug it(same problem in XP and 7). Must unplug and plug again, and it's kinda annoying
-Comes with a really short USB cable
-Feels a little weak, so be careful when you are manipulating it

Other: Really cheap gadget, very useful if you need to charge a lot of devices in a glance and also want to take it anywhere; no need of cables and other stuff to make it work, just plug it and you're done.
But if you're looking for a hub where to connect fast data stuff (such as a webcam), forget about this one, it's only 1.1 and everything will run very slowly.
