Creative Sunglasses 2.0MP Video Recorder Camera w/ SD / Mini USB / Mic - Black Frame

Pros: -Nice shades, blocks out enough sun and not too much -Fairly well made -Nice Design -Takes nice photos -Video is OK has some issues as will explain in the Cons -Battery Charging and Life not the best

Cons: -Hurt my nose/cheek after a while wearing -Im not sure if mine is faulty but the Battery never seems to fully charge.. all Night and the charge light is still blinking. -I did a test run filming my dog while kicking a ball for him. and the filming stop 5minutes in and it corrupt the memory card which windows 7 fixed the video still played with VLC and I could fix the video and make 1/10th the size using AVS video converter. as the video had the time lost and couldnt scroll to end. the video stuttered 3 minutes in and was like a time lapse.. but I think thats cos the battery run out -down side its hard to video and keep everything in 4:3 frame. as it dont match what you think your seeing with own eyes so you loose edges. I will buy these 5mp 720 wide angle glasses to try next -the Sounds it rubbish.. its makes a mechanical sound overtop of the spoken words non stop I suspect thats a fault inside the circuit board - The manual poorly written.. and the SetTime.txt fails

Other: They are cheap and can be useful and lots of fun if your lucky enough to get a real working pair Qaulity Testing stamp on the sunnies means nothing to chinese obviously as if they did test them they find the same problems with charging and sound click issues. also they didnt hire a english person to proof read and see if they could follow the manual.. I suspect they clones another manual and hardware which arent quiet compatible with this pair

Pros: Reasonable Build Good photos and video for 2MP although 4:3 and no wide 16-9 options -nice case for belt and storage solid crush proof -sound is poor although can hear it has this freight train sound always but I guess can live with ridding sound on videos.. maybe its not all glasses that have the fault

Cons: Since my Last review I have found out the manual is also so wrong in several key places. 1) It may seem you have to eject the memory card when charging on PC and maybe external Adapter. Although mine did finally fully charge with card left inserted via a solar pack charge set I bought from dx that allows to set voltage and I put the voltage to 5.4 (from 4.9) which seemed to fix the stuck battery memory or circuit to finally free the battery to charge. I suspect it was on shelve since 2008 and 5 years is no good for battery life. I did try pc and adapter to charge but if you get a pair that seems not to charge perhaps can do the trick above for charging instead note! when its charging it flashes red,.. when full it slow blinks 3 times then turns blue for 1 second and repeats!! the manual is wrong said solid red!

Other: Cheap FUN and good if get a good pair ENJOY

Pros: Just returned from a 5 mile hike in the mountains of Maui wearing the video glasses. The downloaded video is better than I expected and the audio is crystal clear and was able to pick up the sounds of birds in the forest and even whispers! Absolutely astounding quality for the money! I'm really pleased with my purchase.

Cons: The temples were not level, so the glasses did not sit properly on my head. I remedied this using a hair dryer to heat and bend the temple pieces.

Other: The video quality is sufficient for my needs and the price of these glasses makes them a true bargain.
