Pros: with only $11 and using a AA size battery, the light that come out from this torch light is exceptionally well the low light can easily reach up to 30-50 metres and the high light can seen objects for up to over 100 metres(depending on the situation of the light being used and the size of the object being lighted at. the moveable head is also an advantage to get different angle while using the torch light light. the bottom of the light had a strong magnet which easily sticks to any metal surface AND is very useful while working on a car this also has a clip so it can be hanged on a shirt or bag while hiking

Cons: the only cons i can think of is the strobe light it is way to fast. if only this light has 2 different speed for the stobe light then it will be a perfect torch light

Other: if you are looking for a cheap torch light with multi purpose use then GET THIS TORCH LIGHT, its worth the money and definitely worth the time to wait for the shipment to arrive

Pros: - Neatly featured Flashlight in a small package. - Built in magnet at base. stable enought at "dead" angle. - Various way to handle = provided handstrap, removable pocket clip, built in hanger, magnet at bottom. - Sturdy built. - Triple mode = high, low, strobe. - At least it is splash proof, no visible/way to pry it open. O-ring at battery door. - Compact, small, light, AA battery capable. - Rubberized battery cylinder. - Blue color are cool!. - Fool proof usage, triplce click to switch mode. - Switch feedback are quite good. - Sturdy pivot "lock" angle.

Cons: - Built quality pretty rough. Not as good as on photos. - All plastic body, even though the plastic material are feel tough n sturdy. - Magnet are not wide and strong enough, to mount at 45 degrees angle. - Swivel angle head not wide enough, approx. 45 degrees. - Not sure the switch will stand day to day usage, the rubber material felt too thin. - Light brightness is not more than 100 lumens, maybe it achieved only using 14500 lithium battery? tested on AA battery the output at high output isn't brighter maybe half ot LED Lenser T5 (rated at 105 lumens max) using the same battery. - 10 mins at High Mode the body are warm, maybe because of all plastic body the heat dissipation is not enough. - Noise at Low mode, barely noticeable at Strobe mode. - No memory function (no one cares at this price :p), 1st start after remove battery are at High mode. - 90 degrees pivoting head are confusing, actually it count not from the center 0 degrees of head position. but total.

Other: Don't over expectation on spec. But BUY IT! A lot! :D

Pros: This is a well enough made light which can angle 45 degrees up or down from horizontal. The base is magnetic which is useful when working on a car. Despite what another reviewer stated, the body is all aluminum with a thin rubber grip (in this case blue). Nice firm clicking action when rotating head. Battery compartment is sealed with an O ring as it should be. I wasn't able to open or unscrew any other parts of the light with bare hands.

Cons: The quality, while good enough, isn't quite as good as some others I've purchased from DX for about the same amount of money. I think it's the rubber grip vs. a machined aluminum grip. Overall this is a more complicated light, so this is to be expected. I'm not sure why anyone needs a strobe.

Other: A handy little light. I would buy again.

Pros: This is a great little light that fits easily in any of your pockets. Three mode CREE casts a great light, and resets to bright mode after a few seconds of being switched off, unlike others that need to be cycled all the way through next time you use them. Magnetic base holds well, and I use the pocket clip a lot. Bright beam with a useful range of over 50m.

Cons: Beam not able to be focused to wide angle, so can be too narrow for close up work.
