    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: Wonderful set of cutters with ejectors. If you make cookies or cake decorations, you know how difficult is to extract a fluffy dough. But these cutters have got a spring extractor. Just push it and your little cookie will jump out of the cutter. They look strong enought for a lot of uses.

    Cons: A bit expensive for the DX average. Cardboard box arrived smashed. It is not strong enought for shipments.

    Other: Quality over the average.
