    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: This is the easiest and the fastest way to connect your iPad or iPhone to an external display combined with a HDMI cable. Besides, the device can be charged while being used thanks to the USB connector.

    Cons: USB cable is 90 centimetres long. If you do not mind that or you are not looking for a longer one, this item is totally fine.

    Other: The cheapest adapter including both functionalities: external displaying and battery charging.

  • Perfect for my Ipod 4th generation

    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: *connects my iPod 4th generation to the TV by HDMI. *the iPod recharges while in use *a lot cheaper than buying a tablet or a second computer for streaming purposes (I bet this is why the similar original Apple product was taken off the market in my home country)

    Cons: *The usb charging cable is rather short (can be compensated by using a longer HDMI cable) * Rather expensive for an adapter, but as mentioned abbove - a lot cheaper than buying a tablet/second PC

    Other: Expands the possibilities of my iPod 4th generation. Great buy so far
