Dell 1525 Compatible High Capacity 5200mAh Replacement Battery for Dell Inspiron 15/1525/1526/1545

Pros: Cheaper and looks genuine. Pretty good build quality, I'm just trying battery duration and now, for internet use I would say around 1:30 hs battery duration.

Cons: None so far. But you can considerer to order a 9 cell battery for a better battery duration. None problems so far.

Other: If you need it, you can order it without concerns. It'll work as expected in my Dell 1525. A good choice for a cheaper battery.

Pros: Great replacement battery. Looks like the original except for the writing on the inside of the battery. Work just like the original.

Cons: My Inspiron 1525 may not be telling me the correct amount of power left on the battery. In the first week of using the new battery, my wife checked and it said 60% left and she said she opened up Firefox and the laptop shut down due to not enough power. She plugged it in and it worked fine. This hasn't happened to me though.

Other: Much much cheaper than the original. I would buy this battery again without thinking twice. It sits flushed against the back of the laptop which is what I wanted so I decided to get this battery over the 9-cell version.

Pros: Great replacement for the original battery that was saying it had to be replaced. It lasts for about 2h30min and there were no problems so far.

Cons: None, just that the size is almost like the original, a little bit bigger and you have to manage it when putting in the notebook.

Other: Buy it if you need a VERY CHEAP battery for your Inspiron. Or if you want a reserve, this is the right product.

Pros: This battery is working fine on my Dell inspiron 1545.
The build quality is pretty good also,it is a great solution to replace the original battery,the original's are verry overpriced if you ask me.
I get like 1:30 hour (average) of juice,sometimes more (with only little internet and battery settings on power saving 2+ hour).

Cons: It does not show the correct % in my Dell while it is fully charged,it shows 60%.
I think this is the problem of my laptop (no recalibration option in bios)
I tryed to let let the battery die while in bios,after that i charged it 15 hours,still 60%.
But it is just some glitch i think,because on 60% the battery is working longer as my original one.

Other: If you are searching for a replacement battery for the inspiron 1545,just buy it,it solved my problems in combination with a new charger also from DX .(before my battery did not get charged)

Pros: Out of this world price. I couldn't find any lower than "3 times the price" in the place I live. Perfect replica of the original battery...a bit more heavy than the original, but that might be because is a greater capacity battery than (my) original. Very well packaged (safely).

Cons: None.

Other: Another great product for the price. The battery came with a charge so I first had to deplete it and then I left it on my laptop (laptop off & charger connected) for 24 hours. After a month+ of use all I can say is the battery is keeping the original charge of about 1 hour and 15 minutes with all computer features on. Maybe an original battery with the advertised capacity might last more than that, but it will also cost you much more.

Pros: 48.8 W 4400 mAh 6-cell Li-ion battery. (Just like how the original battery was rated.)
Able to charge it for the full 100%. :-)

Cons: Manufacturer rating is wrong, which is kinda lame since the specs are the same as the original. However the original had it's specs wrong too.

Other: Better as the original. You might want to buy two of them, and an external charger. (which DX doesn't sell.)

Pros: -The price is more than half from the origanl. -easy to use. -you can use with this battery almost 3 hours. -it's compatible to dell 1545 inspiron.

Cons: -it's a little difficult to enter the battery to it's place.

Other: good price for good replacement battery.

Pros: First of all, this battery is very cheap, and works very well, it's a perfect replacement battery I don't know about others brands but this product works very well.
The time of work of this battery is about 2h, using power saving features of the Windows (cool)
The battery is very nice packeged, is very protected.

Cons: Sometimes in my inspiron 1525 doesn't appear that the battery is recharging( maybe is problem with my laptop...
...I don't know.)

Other: Can buy without fear, because this battery works very nice!

Pros: The battery works perfectly and also fits perfectly in the laptop (inspiron 1525). There is no difference with the original dell battery. It also looks almost the same than the Dell

Cons: After I found no cons at all.

Pros: works perfect, like original. about a third of the price here in Brazil. battery drainage is also very good, my 1545 works for about 2 hours on it fully charged

Cons: a bit difficult to fit in place, but not really a problem. just a litlle push it slide nicely to its place. remove the battery also is a bit difficult as it dont pop out like original ones does.

Other: a excellent buy if you are looking for the same original performance but dont want to pay the original price!
